I still find this extremely distressing…
I still find this extremely distressing that I spent well over 100 pounds called to cancel and was not even offered a part refund as I a unable to use this product . If I had used it I may have been ill .
As stated previously cancelled order was within 13 minutes of applying for product . I was ready to return the product immediately, this has been a very upsetting experience for me and is now being passed to the ombudsman. I will not be able to provide any positive feedback to friends and family .

The medication is usually delivered following day and kept cool with ice.
I get letters to pass onto the doctor to say I am on the medication.So well informed and reminded to order when running out.
