Complete SCAM and now they have my passport and everything very upsetting
This organisation operates in a misleading and unscrupulous manner. I have reported them to my bank, who fed back that there had been a number of similar instances of taking money from people in the manner they do. I will be reporting as others have to trading standards to seek to investigate their practices and hopefully get them shut down

I provided Chloe today with my bank set up where I have to approve ANY online payments via NatWest.
You DID NOT request £89.00 you stole it. By misusing my DATA.
To which I’m making a complaint to DVLA as they were who I contacted regarding renewing my license.
What did you do to warrant an £89.00 payment? Nothing!
What service do you offer? Nothing…
I look forward to speaking to the fraud team on Monday. And DVLA! As I’m not the only person you’ve scammed!!!
