Took over a month for them to complete…

Took over a month for them to complete CDD / KYC on their end , by which point the work they provided was not useable. They do not value or prioritise you unless you are a large client.
Of course they still charged in full for this despite the work product being very late and unusable.

Great firm and well done Esme Watson!

Esme Watson was assigned to assist us in rebutting an unjustified claim made by a former client concerning a transaction fourteen years previously. The case was actually instigated by a well-known Merseyside firm of ambulance chasers who invite clients to complain about mortgage advice, promising them a big payday of which said claims firm takes a massive cut. From day one Esme was brilliant. Esme listens, unlike a lot of lawyers I've known over the years. I described my first conversation with her as "The best conversation I've ever had with a lawyer." This lady is razor-sharp and knows her job inside out. Esme is definitely the one you want on your side in a scrap. Anyhow the combination of my belligerence and her brilliance was obviously too much for the other side. They discontinued the proceedings.
