Total waste of time

Ordered an item for it to never be sent to me but money taken. Had to return a second item and had to contact Customer Service twice before being told I had to wait until March before I might receive my money back!

Terrible customer & online service

Terrible online service. I placed an order which I never received. They took over 4 days to respond and clearly didn't even read my message as they asked me for information I had already provided. I kept asking for a replacement to be sent but instead, they just refunded me and now the item is sold out on the website. Total shambles of customer service. For a company of their size and clothing quality/prices, they should be ashamed.

Rubbish online service - Don't bother

Order placed on 10th Jan. Got an update on the 12th to provide tracking link for half the order, however this has not changed from "We're expecting your order".
Other half of the order is still showing as "Awaiting dispatch".
Tried to ring the UK customer service number listed on the website, but it comes up with "You've rung an incorrect number."
Consider the postage is £7, you'd expect a better service!

Bought a pair of boots from oneal eu…

Bought a pair of boots from oneal eu online store. One of the boots were deffective upon arrival.They made me make a warranty request and then they gave me 10% discount code to buy new ones and they are ignoring my emails after that.Absolut joke and they just toy with their customers.Filed a chargeback with my bank

Customer care and wearability

Due to size issues and wearability I would have preferred to be able to speak with someone within the group to make an educated choice but that wasn’t an option, despite all the different nationals numbers available they are all redirecting to an email address which seem to be unattended or deactivated. I had to obtain the informations from a third party reseller that convinced me to stick with the brand and choose a different size from what I previously received.

Money refund was quick.

The Psycho tech 4/3+ is beautiful and unbelievably warm, it feel a bit heavy when soggy and it doesn’t fit like a glove compared to the 2019 model especially in proximity of the armpits (extra material that wrinkles up).

For the first time in 2 decades I’m not stoke with the product I got but maybe it will get more comfortable over time.
