Kommunikation prozess

The communication process could be a tad smoother. I made an online purchase and had to return the item.
The email with the required documents was sent to me, easy peasy- however, while I know the refund delay can be 30 days, it would be highly helpful to receive a confirmation of the status of the returned item : if they received it, or an email informing the customer that they didn't receive the return yet and a nudge to check the shipment. Instead, I'm wondering in the back of my mind, "do I need to track down this parcel and follow up with them, on top of everything else to be done at the holidays....?"

I have submitted a ticket because the…

I have submitted a ticket because the one of the product I’ve purchased is defect. After 10 days or so, still no settled conclusion.
I tried to reply to the email but obviously your Zendesk setting is not registering my conversation - I had to create a zendesk account in order to leave my message there.
Now I’m still not sure whether the customer representative has gotten my message.

Dear O’Neill Team,
thx for your reply. Frankly spoken, if I compare the quality/ lifetime of your premium wetsuit with manufacturer like Excel and Soöruz, the durability is much too short…. also in comparison to the price. From my point of view the damage is clearly production related and not acceptable. Thx, Martin

Our wetsuit specialists have assessed your complaint.
If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper maintenance, O'Neill will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the product. The decision is made by the O'Neill warranty department.

Unfortunately, a closer inspection must have shown that this is not covered by warranty.

Wrong items

Reason of return: Wrong items delivered

After the order was a pure disappointment, I am now waiting for my payment for 1 month.
This was my first order from Oneill and it was a completely bad experience.

Very very Bad experience with Customer…

Very very Bad experience with Customer Care in case of return shipment. I did not yet received my money back even if I used to transfer the money with PayPal in advance on 16th of May! Today is 11th of June and I don’t have my money back yet but O’Neill has got the goods back since 23rd of May (proven delivery note by DHL ) so I really cannot recommend to order any clothes there and I won’t order there ever again. This is impossible. Maybe O’Neill has got a worldwide problem and they don’t have any more money at all?! Maybe they are bankrupt?!

Online product descriptions shall be inproved

I have ordered 5 tsirts and a slipper. The shipping processing time is below average compared to other brands I shop. The products came in good shape and tsirts were defectless. I dont have an experience for quality of tsirts yet but the size chart guidance on shopping was accurate enough. The slippers have a sort of foam material at the inner vamp which was not recognizable in online shopping. It takes hrs to dry for this reason. Product descriptions on the website should better be improved in this digital era.
