When I initially ordered these, I wasn't sure of the size even though I measured. I'm so used to regular knee sleeves and supports at the drugstore or even in home health aid stores to be running too small. When I first put one on the knee that needs the most help I realized that I'm not getting enough compression. I should have sized down.
I'm used to all of the online shopping sites where I bought home health aids to give me the runaround, but this company was more than willing to ship me out another pair at the next size down no questions asked and I didn't have to even return them. This kind of customer service one doesn't see anymore.So far this knee sleeve has been excellent- not binding, comfortable and doesn't make me feel overheated! Great purchase!

I bought for my hubs and myself. I tried for almost 2 weeks and no difference. So I requested refund; which was done so very promptly.
I followed the sizing chart and got hubs xxl for him. He has large calves. The sleeve wouldn't stay up and was way to big around the ankles & foot. Contacted them & CS was great. No return label needed, they send next smaller size. Tried a week, same issue. Too tight around calves but regardless, way too loose around the foot & ankle. He is done. Respectfully requested money back & Tiffany did so very promptly, which is appreciated. Great idea, but disappointingly, did not work for us.

I have RA and this disease is terrible on the joints. I ordered the knee sleeve about a month ago and it helped with the swelling and pain immediately. I recently ordered the foot sleeves but ordered the wrong size. I contacted CS to possibly exchange them (I bought two sets). The response time was really quick and Tiffany guided me through the process. They are sending me replacements in the correct size without any charge. It is rare to find a company that has such service nowadays. It is refreshing. I wish them much success. Before I saw their ad on IG (I was skeptical) I didn't know what to do about my swollen knee, ankles and numbing feet. I took a chance on them and now I am a lifelong customer. Justine was great!
I had received a small instead of an XL.
She IMMEDIATELY corrected this with a apology. She sent out the new one right away. I did not need to send the small back. Justine made sure this was done with excellent customer service in mind

I have premium compression gloves and wear them every night. They our awesome.
My second purchase was ankle compression sleeves with straps. I ordered my shoe size and they not enough compression and would fall down during the day.

They sent replacements the next size down and they our perfect.

I started with the compression gloves for my painfully arthritic hands. Wearing them overnight lessened the pain and increased my mobility in the morning. I followed with the knee braces (after trying so many others, I wasn't very hopeful) and found them very easy to wear and as good at relieving my knee pain, which is worse overnight, as the gloves were at relieving the pain in my hands. Now I am using the sticky-bottomed socks at night, as well. I wear compression socks all day long but had found the relief they provided during the day disappeared overnight. Wearing the bamboo compression socks overnight has relieved the pain and swelling that had been keeping me awake. Also, I sleep "hot" so I worried I would be way too hot with the socks and gloves on all night, but I have not found that to be the case. They are very comfortable, and the socks have the added bonus of keeping me from slipping when I need to get up in the night. All of these products have been well worth the cost. I highly recommend them.

I am pleased with the product and the customer service has been wonderful, especially from Pat and Tiffany.

Fantastic Service, especially from Avon who arranged replacement for a knee brace that needed larger size. The product itself is just has advertised and very comfy with good quality material. So many times you see things advertised nowdays that do not do what they claim. Well this product does. Has been a good send after knee replacement surgery and was recommended from a knee replacement support group.

I’m so in love with my crew socks and the calf sleeves!! They have helped me so much in reducing night pain, tingling and swelling. I alternate between the two. And their customer service is really amazing. Had a minor issue and they resolved it in 2 days . I’m ordering the ankle socks soon!

Saw these knee sleeves advertised online & decided to give them a try. I need two total knee replacements but I’m trying to wait as long as I can before the surgeries. They are AMAZING! Light, comfortable and incredible support. I will be ordering more. Customer service is also top notch.

Theodore, the customer service agent was outstanding!!!! I've trained many customer service agents when I was a trainer in corporate America, and I can say that I think Theodore should be a role model for all customer service agents!!

Theodore answered my call promptly, identified himself and asked how he could help me. By the way, I understood every word, from start to finish on this call. He's a good communicator!

I told Theodore that unfortunately, none of the items I ordered work for me and I need to return them.
He explained what to do and made sure I was satisfied and had no more questions. He sent me return label to return the items, arranged for refund and advised it takes 3-5 days for the refund to process.

Thank you Theodore and one compress for a positive customer service experience!! I'll be telling my friends about one compress! You're a company with great products and great customer service, and you treat customers with respect. Bottom Line: You care about your customers. Thank you!

I was having an issue with one of two knee sleeves that I had purchased in April. One was smaller than the other even though both were suppose to be the same size. I explained this to the the rep (Theodore) and he was quite helpful and cheerfully offered to replace the sleeve that was smaller than the other. He emphasized that Onecompress stands behind their products and wants their customers to be happy with the results. I wholeheartedly endorse their product and their customer service!

OneCompress is a company that the consumer can trust. They have an excellent product in their bamboo compression garments and they stand behind their promises. I made an ordering mistake and Jean was quick to help me get it resolved and get my new product sent to me. It’s so great to give her a five star rating! If you’re indecisive about trying OneCompress, pls let my review help calm those fears!

So happy with the product. I slept with them night 1 and so can tell the difference already!

Product is as soft but supportive as advertised. Shipping is fast. I'm wearing the ankle or foot and hand sleeves everyday, and some softer knee supports while sleeping. Customer Service is responsive and helped me with sizing issue after delivery, so I recommend this product and company.

I can't fault Onecompress, from ordering to receiving my sleeves the process was easy and prompt.

Unfortunately my knee had swollen further and the size I ordered was no longer suitable.

I emailed Onecompress and Justine respond very quickly. She had arranged for the next size up to be processed and sent out, as well as arrangements for the return of the smaller size.
