I'm giving them four stars because they do help you out but I'm not going to give five stars because of the fact that if you repay early more than once then you will be suddenly declined from applying... See more

Genuinely if I could give 0 stars I would, the interest alone is shocking, if you have any issues in repaying they smack on another £200 of interest and expect you to pay it back with no issues, you cannot easily speak to someone you need to do an online form everytime you want to speak to someone which is annoying, honestly don’t bother your time using this company AVOID THEM!!!
Worst company I have ever used. Every month I had too call as they either send incorrect emails or try to change the payment dates and values. Even trying to charge me more than the balance left. They have the absolute worst system. Customer service is friendly but they tell you everything is sorted then it's not as you get another change and another email demanding payment on a non agreed date. Constantly trying to make me pay full balance early which makes no sense for them as they lose interest. Just hopeless. Never again.
Avoid at all cost i was down to my last 20 pound to pay off and they suddenly put another 100 pound on very dishonest people they will rob you stay away
took a loan repayments were over 4 mths, paid my first instalment early, then the problems began, they refused to acknowledge my payment, then sent text saying i hadnt paid then demanded £147.70 in unpaid instalments, contacted them they e mailed back telling me my next instalment due 30/6/26,and ever since theyr texting saying i owe £147.70 in late payments, despite them e mailing saying everything is fine what a load of muppets, the agreed total repayment works out at £324,and so far its working out at £487.40,not what i agreed to in my contract, thay are useless! i was helpful for their help, but warn people hope your nerves are strong, and not easily upset because youl be in for a rough ride,AVOID THEM THEY SEEM TO MAKE THINGS UP AS THEY GO ALONG DESPITE THEIR RE ASSURANCE ALL IS WELL.
Robbing bastards will take 3x payments in one month and say payments were failed to make don’t use this company
Back again . All i’ve had is problems , Last month i had an email sent over with a remaining balance of 196.25 . Had a payment of 143.80 come out today and the loan balance now is 97.69 . what is going on please can i get a full agreement sent over and payments to be taken . This is unacceptable. Can even get in touch cause no one will answer the phone
Carlos was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and communicated fantastically. Highly recommend him!
Had 2 loans no problem, no late payments, even paid early. Applied for another when needed and refused, why ? Happy to take extortionate amounts of interest tho aint yas
Please, please, don't apply!!! They will take your card details, then will decline!!
Card details will become subject to fraud!
Pulled me out of a random hole - offers a great service if you can afford to pay back. Cheers!!
Paid off loan, applied for another and turned down..
I took out a short loan with Ondal over three months and made the first payment on time. I then decided to pay it off early so that it was gone. A couple of months later, I reapplied and I was declined. My circumstances hadn't changed and if anything, my credit had improved. It is very clear that this company would prefer someone to either fall behind and pay fees, or pay long term to pay a bigger APR %. I was somehow penalised for paying back early. How does this make any sense? Do not ask me to call you Ondal because you do not help.
I am so sorry it’s taking this long,I have been trying to keep my house as been struggling to pay rent and barely keep afloat with that,I really am trying to sort it I can promise you,I will have the money this month and I will pay the debt off,it has just been so stressful recently with providing for my daughters and my girlfriend, house, bills, food shopping etc, because I’m the only one working with no other sauce of income it all falls down onto me,please don’t take the legal route I am not avoiding paying on purpose I swear it I am just really struggling at the moment and I could potentially loose my house please can someone get back to me and we can sort something out,I did try call a few times this week but didn’t get no answer, please get back to me via call or replying to this email and we can sort this out, thank you
I have been trying for 3 days to contact about payments but can't get through on the phones ..on hol each time for over 30 minutes, the email link you give in your email does not work, page cannot be found yet you hound me full full payment when I payed on time but due to a bank error you didn't get it until the following day! I need help!
Not the best company I had a loan, Struggled to pay back, so I set up a payment plan. First month for monthly payment they took the lot leaving me to struggle. They put it back in my bank I have tried on many occasions to contact them to reset it back up with no joy, as no one was answering the phone. So they decided to take the full amount again. Yet again leaving me to struggle.
Never again.
If I could leave less than one * I would
I needed a loan to replace a tablet that had gone faulty & they declined me even though I'd paid the previous two back early, so I can only think that was the reason why
I don't like that they ask you not long after if you want another loan to keep your in the cycle of debt
I certainly wouldn't recommend this company as they don't take into account your circumstances, they just see how much money you have coming in & how much is that they can take each mnth
The interest rate is hideous & you end up paying nearly two thirds of what you asked for ontop, they're just out to make profits for themselves & that's it!
Plus I have found out that they break their own rules just to make own money, in my case, it was that I fell way short of the regular income & it put me in hardship to pay them back, I was honest about what I get in benefits & they still said yes!
To make things worse, they will change your income amount so it passes their amount & your title! Make sure you double & triple check everything when going for a loan with them!!
Whilst the application and funding of money was quick and easy, I tool a loan out for 60 days, before the 30 days were up I received about 50 text messages, with conflicting information I.e - you owe nothing until *date* - you are in arrears, charging you extra interest daily - you owe nothing for 30 more days, we are urging you to contact us immediately, you are on track to pay by the due day in a month, you are late with your payment-I still had 33 days to pay - was horrendously confusing, so I ended up paying a month early and still had to pay the extra interest charges for the full 60 days, quite honestly it was a mess and I'd NEVER consider using ONDAL again - still to date receiving texts and emails which are NOT wanted
Do not have staff that listen to you. They say one thing and do the opposite.
Constant lack of communication just financial threats.
Leave you in more financial stress due to the lack of efficiency.
This is not worth it.
Used a few times and had no trouble getting a loan when I needed for short term and lately applied again really could have done with help and their emails sounded promising like I would get the loan if I just sent over my payslip then they said that wasn't good enough a full bank statement was required this back and forth lasted over a week and kept me hanging whilst I needed to find another solution. I also did send over my bank statement as requested but just got an email saying my loan wasn't approved because I hadn't sent my bank statement when. I had done so through the correct way on their website as they stated. I'm really upset as I feel I've been let down after being able to get help with zero trouble before now it's been dragged out I've given way more personal details than I ever had to and the. They said they didn't even receive my bank statement when I did send my latest one to them. Sad and stressed not a good experience.
