Ondal issued 6 loans to me within a 2 month period.

After contacting them, they agreed they had irresponsibly lent and agreed to pay compensation.

However, I’m still waiting for the funds to be paid to my account.

*****I can’t stress this enough, if you’ve had multiple loans issued in a short space of time you can file an irresponsible lending claim, and may be entitled to compensation***

***Happy to update review when compensation is paid. However, Ondal is needlessly dragging out the process***

pays out fast but does a hard search every time and is very bad for credit score unlike competitor sites. This is a use once in an emergency situation. If youre prone to impulsivity and gambling definitely stay away as the application is so fast and instant I can see it being a problem if you have those issues.

I got a loan for 150 paid back the 200 on time tried to get another one and got declined

Officially my favourite loan provider. They’re supportive and understanding and have a generous acceptance policy which allows you to choose either paying in monthly instalments or all in one go within a few months with very little interest compared to other companies

Really bad customer experience mistake on their system reference dates and complaint was raised, you get asked to email them and you get a very 1 line approach, loan is more or less paid off, you do sign up for high interest, but the interest now supercedes the original interest, dont want to speak to you on the phone wanted to give them the oppurtunity to speak but kept directing me to email so have gone to the ombudsman, i can clearly see there is a IT mistake, 1 phone call is all it takes, but nothing.

I had 2 loans with them always paid on time try to get a 3rd one after a while says declined due to my credit . My credit history was worse when I got the loans then now. So that is just not makes sense

Interest so high don't bother.
Update the reply says it all double what you borrow my god that's insane you borrow 1k you pay back 3k 🤪🤪🤪🤪🤪

The process was very quick and satisfactory. I can thoroughly recommend them

They sent my money to a closed bank account and also once it bounced back to them they classed it as paying back the loan and won't actually accept me for another. Terrible service unfortunately

KI also had a bereavement which caused me to be late repaying and although it was paid and two earlier loans were paid on time ive been declined ever since. No compassion or understanding at all. In response to your reply ive used the contact page as you advised but not heard back from you as yet and still being declined when i apply. Will update this review as and when the issue is resolved. *Update* Still unresolved. No reply to these review updates or message via the contact us page. Very poor customer service. Ive just received a cheeky email dated today 7/1/26 saying due to previous issues with my account they wont be lending to me again. Im being penalised for one late repayment due to financial difficulties arising from a death in the family. Absolutely disgraceful so watch out everybody. This is not a company to deal with unless you are desperate and i hope ypu dont go through what i have.

Best loan company available; Have secured many loans over many months (and always pay back in full), the only loan company that is genuine and always reliable and trustworthy.

I got 2 loans from them but they refused to give me a third even though i wasnt late on the repayments.

I’ve been accepted but when I try to go through the final phase of accepting the actual loan it goes back and says we are processing your application loading… been saying that for a while so im not sure what its doing.

I had a loan from them with no fuss. However, I there was a bereavement in my family and I had to contribute to the costs which meant I wouldn't be able to make the payment which was really stressing me out.

I contacted them and explained what had happened, no judgement just really helpful.

They never stop even if you don't want the loan, beware

Just paid off my third loan through Ondal loans and I can't praise them enough. The customer service is absolutely excellent and they reply every single time and super super quick, the loans I've had and paid back are cleared fast and confirmed as being received within the same day or by the next day latest. Every other lender turned us down immediately and even the ridiculous 1295% APR payday loan companies did, but Ondal didn't and they have been amazing from the start. I won't even bother looking elsewhere now or in the future because I won't find anyone as good as Ondal. Amazing company, amazing customer service and wouldn't recommend anyone but Ondal ! Keep up the amazing work guys it's appreciated 👍👍 xxx

They did help me when I needed it, and have had a few loans with this company, however all of a sudden got declined which is very frustrating when u have always paid back and all they say is didn't meet the criteria which is difficult to understand when nothing has changed,

I really could do with this loan for over Xmas but they asked for ALL my card details, even for a direct debits I've never gave my 3 digit security or expiry date and when I called the woman I spoke to said well don't get it then, so seems abit scammy😔

Cannot get through to their customer services as nobody answers the phone, nobody responds to online queries submitted on their form on the site and meanwhile I am wanting to pay off my loan and they aren’t letting me AND adding interest daily! Scam!

They do not respond to complaints, I have now reached out to the FCA. Emails go unanswered and when they eventually reply they completely ignore what you have asked.
