The cherries were in a gel substance and did not taste like cherries at all. In fact it had no taste. I'm not sure if I don't think I can use this for my customers.

I tried Oh Nuts for the first time as an alternative to my usual source for dried fruits and overall I was disappointed. The order took almost two weeks to arrive, and after contacting customer service, I was told their warehouse had been closed for Passover (this was not communicated prior to ordering or on my order confirmation else I would not have placed the order). Customer service said it would ship right away but it still took 2 more days for me to receive a shipping confirmation. When the order arrived, most of what I received was unusable. The dried peaches were tiny, hard as rocks and the color was dark. The mango slices were sticky as if not fully dried. The ginger crystals were fine but larger than expected - more like cubes. The dried pineapple was the only usable item - in contrast to the peaches they were quite large, vibrant in color, and flavorful. Overall, I was disappointed by the quality of Oh Nuts dried fruit. I was planning to try more items but based on this experience, I think I’ll stick to just the pineapples when I have the runway to wait two weeks for the product to arrive.

5 LB Bag is a great deal,second time ordered,fresh candy and fast shipping.

I ordered a lb. of "dried apple slices", something I have been eating for > 60 years and am quite familiar with. When the package arrived I was shocked to find that the apples were slathered in powdered sugar. Never have I purchased anything labeled "dried apple slices" that contained any other than dried apple slices. Did I order the wrong item? No, the bag was clearly labeled "dried apple slices". I went to original item web page and found the original item description that did not anywhere include the word "sugar". When i called customer service I was told that the description clearly stated that it contained sugar. Perplexed I asked to speak to a supervisor who asked "did you read the nutritional tab?" No, I usually trust an item description as plain and simple as "Dried Apple Slices" to be accurate without additional investigation. When he denied my request for a refund I told him that any future purchases of dried apple slice would be made at Nuts.com. As I exited the website I notice the proclamation "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". apparently their understanding of those words are just as accurate as the description of their products.

I ordered Passover bakery items I couldn't find anywhere else, the items arrived on time, exactly as described, perfectly packaged, thank you so much!!

The items were shipped out over a week late and I did not receive something I ordered.

The web site was easy to navigate and shipping was super fast Will be ordering again!

I ordered poppy seeds, a huge bag of 25lb, paid $100, they were so old and bitter that even soaking in milk would not take it away. And its a lot of poppy seeds you cant use for anything! they said i need to pay myself for return shipping, which for 25lb was more than half of a price of poppy seeds! They sold product I could not use and put me in a position that I couldn't even return it!

Package came in a timely manner. All was in perfect shape. Look forward to the fun.

I am happy with yummy items I ordered and their prompt arrival. I discovered Oh! Nuts when I did a search for who sold a yummy candy I liked. Well I was visiting New York back in November and jumped on the J train for the Flatbush location and found my treat and other goodies! The nice lady at the store said you know we can ship things and rest is history.Thanks

All who received gifts were very pleased. I am enjoying the variety of the mixed nut tray. A sweet ,salty, and spice treat.
