First time I've ordered from Oh! Nuts and while the products received were tasty and wonderful, there were too issues with my delivery and the company was very unprofessional and disrespectful with how they addressed the issues. First, there was a product with a qty of 4 (min required purchase) which are small and light weight, which were not in the delivery. They challenged me 3x, saying the weight of the package was correct and it must have been there. Then asked if I received something else instead. I told them not to question my integrity and honesty again. The only thing they offered was to give me a store credit, which in turn would mean I'd have to buy $59 worth of products for free shipping again which I had just done on this order.
Second, I was charged $4.95 for freezer packs because one of the items I bought was chocolate. Well it came in hot as anything and the chocolate was melted, as well as the paper liner on a sugar based candy which severely stuck to the candy.
I will never order again despite enjoying the candy. No customer service!!

Excellent fruit Sunsations, chocolate and orange peel squares and dark chocolate orange peels! Fresh and delicious. Please bring back lime Sunsations - Green Apple doesn't measure up!

Service is great, we repurchased cashews which continue to be awesome, but the granola we bought for a second time- the cranberry pecan had a very different flavor- tasted and smelled like it had turmeric in it, which we don’t enjoy. I don’t know if the recipe changes or what, but probably won’t be buying granola again.

Freshest, most delicious nuts and glazed fruit available and they arrive in just a couple of days! I do a lot of baking for friends and family and only the highest quality ingredients will do, which is why I will continue ordering from Oh Nuts! The macadamias are mammoth, the pecans huge and crunchy fresh, the brazil nuts amazing. And the glazed cherries are the star of my special holiday cookies. Yum, Yum and Yum!

Package was delivered Early despite scheduling it for during Passover when we would be home to accept it. When we opened the package, the candies were shoved in with the cookies and all of the cookies were crumbled to little tiny itty bitty bits not even in one full cookie survived.

Not only did you not have the main thing that we ordered, but what you did ship ended up being garbage and we're never ordering from your company ever again.

Everything worked well. Gift recipient liked the platter.

Order was not filled as ordered, and then item was sold out once it was delivered and I called about the mistake. If the item was sold out initially and that was the reason for the substitute, there should have been communication at the time the order was filled.

I order a Passover gift for a family friend knowing they were going away for the holiday and they received it on time !!

The dried fruit platter wasn’t fresh. Certainly disappointing.

I paid for overnight shipping. My order did not arrive for 4 days.This was a holiday gift. They indicated that Passover orders would be shipped as indicated. No response by phone or email from the company. Their website did not indicate they are out of the office for two weeks, leaving no one with authority to assist customers. Horrible customer service.

Do not use this company. I ordered something online at the beginning of April and was never told that the order was cancelled. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes! I needed the item today! Beware!!!

BEWARE! The website is seems safety but it is not, It will store your card details without knowing you , when I ordered last time somehow without knowing me my card details were stored and later one month they deducted money from my card even though there is no orders placed from me and when I called customer services there is no proper response and careless.
