Hoping for the best!!

Rick took his time with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. I felt confident with the purchase of this chair. This is the very first time I have ever purchased a massage chair without sitting in it. I hope it lives up to my expectations.

I couldn't have asked for a better…

I couldn't have asked for a better experience, the company was informative when the item I ordered was unavailable was contacted immediately. The chair we got blew our own expectations my wife and I have been in and out of the chair all evening it is just simply amazing. Whom ever says these chairs are a gimmick and dont work doesn't own one. I couldn't be more pleased and feel it was money well spent. Thank you Ogawa for making this and awesome all around experience!!!!! This is our new forever chair!!!!!!

Rick was awesome

Rick was awesome! Really took his time to educate me on the different products they offer in massage chairs! I appreciated his knowledge and for being genuine. He never played any salesman BS with me! Ricks approach is what ultimately lead to the sale! Looking forward to receiving my new chair. Thanks again Rick!

Very helpful and knowledgeable

Very helpful and knowledgeable.
I will not receive product for a couple of weeks but the online customer service rep was more helpful than the in store sales rep for a competitive product.

Glad I choose Ogawa.

There was a problem with my chair when I got it but Ogawa stepped up and took care of the issue
right away. It’s customer service like this that validates my selection of Ogawa to begin with. They make a fine product and I look forward to using my Touch 3D chair for years to come. Rick in customer service is more than happy to answer any and all your questions. If you’re looking for a massage chair you owe it to yourself to buy Ogawa!
