This first time experiencing with purchasing from Ogawa was nothing but exceptional. The website was clear and informative with good supporting videos and details on the massage chairs. Customer service (Rick) was phenomenal with recommendations and advice on the best fit for my parents. He was very friendly and took the time to find what was best for us. I shopped on line for a massage chair, I came across RICK. after speaking to him recommend, cozzia qi to fill my needs.what a fantastic chair.the only problem i have is that I am addicted to it.i cant stay off of it.but I dont consider that a problem it takes a lot of pain from my hips away. so if your looking for a chair this is it.

Was having a hard time finding a place to look at and sit in a massage chair. Contacted Ogawa and setup an appointment to visit their show room. They had 6-8 different models of chairs to tryout. If you are looking for a massage chair and want to try different models before you buy, then this is the place. Rick was our salesman and thing could not have gone better.
