Thank you Dave - Walked into the Blackpole, Worcester store just to look at a range of furniture we had seen online, we was greeted by Dave. Immediately we asked to see the range, Dave then went on to take us to the range but also explained this was on clearance. Dave offered us tea/coffee straight away and was very knowledgeable about the products. Was really helpful. We ended up buying all the furniture for the lounge but also the dining room . We went to collect the goods the following weekend and Dave was once again on hand to help, loading the furniture into the van, going above and beyond his role. Thank you Dave

Went to buy our new bed . Met by Dee. Took us straight to one . We were given coffee/tea . Kettering branch clean and tidy. All staff friendly. Dee sorted order and we even got a free clock . Very pleased.

I would rate this company zero stars if I could , Took day of work to receive 3 pieces of bedroom furniture , Only after they left the bedside cabinet has large crack running through the top , I asked for replacement and delivery after 5pm weekdays or weekend delivery so I didn’t have to take another day off work , I found after sales very unhelpful , Oakland is behind the times and I will never order from this company again ,Also was ales 20 mins + to answer the phone , very unhappy

Visited the Stockton on Tees store 3 times in a week to order furniture. Excellent service from start to delivery to customer service department. Delivery team were great very efficient. The salesperson Kayden was excellent, not pushy at all like sales people can be. Because of service went back and ordered goods twice from him.
The first sales person who didn’t get name was also very good. Had to call customer service with a query and was very happy as to how this was dealt with. Great service all round. Looking forward to getting furniture this week.

I would like to thank James Marten in the enfield branch for making it a lovely experience at the store it is very unusual for sales people to put themselves out to be so helpful my husband is in a wheelchair and James made sure that we could get around the sore as easily as possible shame there isn’t more like this young man all credit to him

I would like to thank Darren for all his help as I had bought furniture frcup of tea o another furniture store was disappointed that it was all broken and had to go back so was very reluctant to try anyone else but with a lot of guidance from my step daughter who had already bought goods here I was warmly welcomed helped with choosing my furniture and oraganised my sale and delivery over a nice tea they were on hand to help me make my decisions all the paperwork was sent to me for to print out along with my 5 year guarantee it was delivered within a week delivery men were so nice it was well packaged which we unpacked and check it was lovely I love it so does everyone else I bought all my furniture at UNIT 1ACENTRALRETAIL PARKCHAPELPARK KIRKCALDY FIFE staff were so lovely and patient wished I had went there first when buying my furniture but wont hesitate to go in the future I have recommended it to all my family and friends thanks again from MS GLYNIS JONES

We bought our top of the range leather 3 piece from the Taunton branch. Within the first year one of the chairs had a few spots where the colour had come off. We contacted the branch who said to call the aftercare provider and the would sort it out. Someone came out to us looked at it and said that we must of spilt something on it. We told the that if that was the case we would of know it. Anyway he repaired the leather and went. 2 years later and we have noticed that the colour is lifting in various places. This time someone came out spent an hour looking, poking and prodding then gave us a long talk on how the stores when they sell sofas they don't tell people how to look after their suites. We told him that we wipe the furniture with a damp cloth every other day and we use the cleaning products supplied from Oakland every month. He left without doing anything and said they would be in touch. We got a letter from them saying that the range is normal wear and tear and is not covered. So when you spend £3000 on a suite from Oakland furniture, don't expect it to last more than 3 years.

Don’t bother ordering with them!
We ordered St Ives Natural Solid Oak & Grey Small Sideboard & matching TV stand. Tv stand came with a crack at the bottom. We got sent another no problem. Fast forward 5 months there’s loads of chips in the paint & both look a mess! Not happy as I wouldn't expect this to happen for the price! Another factor is they don’t take all the cardboard/ polystyrene with them so you’re stuck with all the mess!

Furniture fine , unfortunately staff do not give you correct details , I was , told they don’t do free delivery , but advertise it on the tv , manger in store no use , let’s see what head office say

Visited the doncaster store at the weekend to finalise an order we had previously been in to size up. Excellent service provided on the ordering side by Sharon , hopefully the rest of the process will measure up to her high standards when we take delivery of the suite and furniture.

The store in Taunton have been excellent in all round staff helpfulness. Excellent before and after sales service no pushy staff, also lovely furniture would highly recommend. Thank you Jason Bullock for all your help over the last few years.

Steve and Gary who delivered my furniture today in Bonnyrigg Edinburgh were so professional and helpful. We are having a another delivery on the 24th June and would like to have the same delivery drivers. They are a credit to the company. Sharon Cocker

The service we received from Morna Gilchrist in your branch at Fort Kinnaird was excellent. Her Customer Care and attention she gave was exemplary and she definately went more than the extra mile. She made our visit to the Store a very pleasant experience and was very informative and helpful.

Ordered my suite from the Bidston Store, Wallasey, staff could not be more helpful as the suite I wanted had gone on clearance and at first wasn't available, after a few phone calls and a hour wait all sorted and order placed, special thanks to Lianne Probert it was her first day, her customer service was excellent, she processed our sale, was very helpful, Thank You

I went into drake house store and a guy by the name of Darren served me,he was very good at his job couldn’t help me enough I would definitely recommend this guy for everything you need!

Disgusting service we placed an order with them from the Edinburgh store called them for an update was told they would call head office never heard from store again went onto messenger was told by Sian that I would have to call head office so I did was told a pack of lies then I spoke to transport Manageress and told they don’t deliver on the weekend which is our only days off so really there’s no one to take the delivery for us and bearing in mind they still have our money disgusting customer service we were going to buy a few other things for our home but not now avoid at all cost

Went in store to look for a dinning table and chairs , was served by Paul Rose who showed us the range and was very knowledgeable about the product we choose.
Once we decided to purchase the one we choose Paul was very helpful and explained everything about the delivery and the aftercare.
Very good service from start to finish
