WOW! The video service was great but what made my experience even better was Mitch; a friendly, amazing and very knowledge young man. He guided me through each sofa and even recommended another sofa which I hadn't spotted online which think is the sofa I will probably purchase. Thank you Oaklandfuniture - you did good! :)

Have already waited 8 weeks for 4 items & told one week before expected delivery that I will have to wait another 12 weeks for side cabinet. Have already removed old furniture in preparation. Also chose range due to quicker delivery time. Previously had better service. Have been advised to keep checking website for delivery dates?

Ordered two wardrobe and two bed side cabinets was told in the shop that the wardrobe come flat packed. We couldn’t get them up the stairs so rang them to take them back there said there would be we would be deducted 400 pounds handling charge and delivery absolute rip off company please no one use this company there will rip you off big time

I bought a bed from Nottingham store and it’s product code HRC014 and price is £494.99 when I bought it it was different in middle slates but when I received the it was damaged then they replace with other and when I received the new it was different slates and small size. I am keep trying to solve this issue since September 2022 till today I am still in limbo and all the customer representatives which I have spoken with them have different information about the product. I. Am very disappointed and please carful when you buy anything from oak land make sure you will receive different so not waste your money.

Beware of what you buy purchased tv unit and two lamp tables in a matter of two weeks after delivery these items in total went done in price by £190 in total for the three ,these were I was told new stock so to reduce these items by that much is unbelievable,so take a good look into if you are going to order and don’t get caught out like I did .one unhappy customer .

Delivery. Have used this company for many years but on this occasion the delivery staff were extraordinary unhelpful. I had paid for a room delivery and asked for a call as they were a route as I needed to remove the front door in January but they just turned up and refused to wait. So I suggested just leave it on my drive and I will move it. They refused and drove off with my furniture brought and paid for. I will never use this company again and currently dont know where my furniture is. They have not had the decency to get back to me.

Poor quality build and requests on the phone to "call us back" to get a refund is very annoying. Not only is there no veneer there is also no proper joints in the build. They must think mortise and tenon are a firm of solicitors. Its a waste of good wood that takes centuries to grow. Flat pack mdf units are stronger and better built than these. Waiting over a week to get 3 large boxes collected from my dining room. Be sure to photograph everything, including labels before you repack for return. Ours had damaged feet due to weak screwed joints failing so be sure to check these 1st before properly unpacking.

they are a con,i got 5 bits of furniture and got cover,i made a clame and they came out and fobed me off i did again they said the would fix for me never did,my cover has now lapsed and got screwed ,do not buy from them,do not trust what they say,you will get the sh.t end of a stick,you have been warned.watchdog did a bit on them years ago and they still do it,they are not into helping they just want your money then your on your own.if you do buy mind you have been warned.

Oak Furniture land in Swindon have been nothing short of amazing! Despite our house sale falling through twice they have changed and cancelled part of our order for us without a quibble. The customer service is second to none and all of the staff are incredibly helpful. Andy has been brilliant and has really gone the extra mile to ensure that everything has gone smoothly for us. My settee and chair was delivered by Simon and Adam on 22nd September. It was challenging to get into the living room but they did it with kindness and humour. Very satisfied with the service.

Worst customer service, poor delivery execution. Frustrated following up getting the furniture's.

Ordered 3 piece suite in January still awaiting delivery .On my 3 delivery date now for mid August but not holding my breath. Would not recommend this company.

Ordered suite July 2021 premium delivery service booked 1/12/2022. Day expected they messaged to say it was going to be another 6 weeks. I managed to reduce that to 3 weeks as I had arranged collection of my sofa as I sold it based on the expectation that they would keep their booked delivery date.

Within a week the suite was showing disappointing issues. The cushions were dipping and saggy. The recliner seat was faulty. For a £2000+ suite I expected quality to last more than a week.

I called and they offered a replacement which would be a further 7 months delivery due 20/07/22. Once again on the day the suite was booked to be delivered they called an hour before my schedule slot expired they told me they only had 3 of the 5 sections….

I told them it comes complete or not at all.

I have now told them to come and collect it and take it back and I will purchase from a more reliable supplier with better quality.

We ordered 2 wardrobes for delivery on 15th July. They contacted us to ask if they could deliver a week early so we got rid of the wardrobes we had and waited for the delivery.

It came on time but the delivery driver said that they could not get the boxes containing the wardrobes up our staircase.

They were not interested in taking the wardrobes out of the boxes or indeed any other suggestions we came up with. So they left without unloading the wardrobes from the van saying we would be contacted later that day.

No one called.

Two days later I phoned customer services who told me it was my responsibility to measure that the wardrobes could go up my stairs. I explained that the wardrobes were supposed to be delivered in multiple parts so there should have been no problem.

I also explained that the wardrobes I took out of the bedroom were considerably bigger that the ones I had ordered. I was still told I should have measured which made no sense?!?

I was then told I would get a full refund within 3-5 working days but not the delivery charge. I objected to this so the support staff member put me on hold while she spoke to her manager. After being on hold for 30 minutes I hung up. I have had no contact from them since.

Had I read the reviews on Trust Pilot first I would never have orders from them in the first place and certainly will never again.

They now have 2 days left to pay the money into my account.

If the money is not in my account by Thursday 14th July I will report them to trading standards and highlite the appalling service further on social media.

After ordering the bedroom furniture in January it was the worst mistake, we wanted the furniture for June all was agreed then a few weeks before delivery I thought I would give them a ring to see if all was ok, nope furniture not come till another date and that was only half not all so wasn’t happy but had no choice.
Bed was due to be delivered but sent wrong parts so had to wait 2 week with no bed, sofa ordered took 3 times as 2 times the fire label was missing but was there when on driveway unpacking but they decided to rip this off making the sofa unfit to sell or give away.

In total I spent 200+ min on the phone
20+ emails
4 days off work (joke)
Damaged my wall with the furniture!
Think before buying!!!!

We spent a lot of money on a bed, a TV stand,a sofa and chair. We have had to get everything repaired by an outside contractor that the insurance company uses.The product quality is terrible and the after service and quality they provide is a disgrace , we bought in good faith. We accepted
three items being repaired which just shows the poor quality in the first place but they will not entertain replacing our sofa absolute disgrace bad manufacturing and terrible design.We took out an insurance policy via Oakland Furniture they are called MBG and they are refusing to replace the sofa this is after them repairing it twice also the damage that the sofa has created has gorged a big scrape in our wood floor so in short do not buy from this company they don't do what they say they will do and the insurance company take no responsibility they are totally incompetent I hope this helps you you too have a stressless purchase in future. We are now going to the ombudsman.

Purchased a circular grey wash oak table extendable first delivery table severely damaged contacted them second table arrived today even more damaged third table to be delivered next week absolutely disgusted don’t get even original payment £29.99 delivery charge back never mind any compensation shall not be using Oakland Furniture again
