Nustone Patios Ltd Reviews 

Ordered some paving slabs, recieved acknowledgement of order took the money and 2 days later still no update on delivery. Decided to cancel and purchase elsewhere instead as we needed the paving slabs. When I rang up to cancel I was asked the reason in which I explained we could not wait until they had stock to be sent out. The woman on the phone said no problem and hung up. She then rang me back again telling me the slabs were in stock and would be delivered tomorrow 😂 all because I said I would like to cancel yet before she said she didn’t know when they’d be getting stock. Previous to this we ordered a sample and recieved that almost instantly.
I again explained I would like to cancel to which I was met with a change in tone over the phone asking “but what is the reason”. I again requested the lady to just cancel my order and she again very bluntly said ok no problem and hung up.
Would you believe not even 10 minutes went by and I got another phonecall asking if im sure I want to cancel the slabs will arrive tomorrow I explained for the third time I would like my order cancelling and also asked for an email to be sent confirming my request. Around 6 hours passed no email of confirmation so I rang them up to ask if someone was emailing my confirmation, this time someone more pleasant dealt with it and emailed me straight away, she explained a full refund would be issued in 7-10 working days.

Chased the refund up on thursday which would of been the 9th day and was told the refund wasn’t even submitted yet….
We are now going via our bank to get our money back as the cutoff point for a refund has exceeded 10 working days.

After reading other recent reviews I have noticed a pattern of people having to chase refunds for extended periods of time. Do yourself a favour and purchase elsewhere, and use your credit card as you’re covered for issues like this!

Landscaper recommend us Nustone company. Good range of paving products. Loved the white paving porcelain tiles and placed the order. Great service. Responded well with updates.

Sad to say, I placed my order in good faith. There was no indication of any stock problems when ordering.
The delivery time scale came and went, there’s was zero communication from Nustone. I emailed them to find out what was going on and I got a response of this is our delivery policy as found on your order.

I waited another week, radio silence. I emailed again and this time I get an email saying that there was a stock issue!
I rang to find out what was going on and got told they have no stock and there’s no equivalent! In fact the only thing they offer was for me to pay extra for slabs I don’t want!
I then said No please organise a full refund.
I was then told it would be 10-15days for a refund!! Are you joking! No care, no consideration, no empathy, they were uninterested.
I asked to make a formal complaint and they just said they would prioritise my refund.
GUESS WHAT!!! They lied and NO REFUND!!! They are THIEFS they have taken my money and not giving it back. Be warned!!!

When I ordered my slabs I was anxious as I thought would go with local builders merchant. But I found cheaper at Nustone and the lady who assisted was extremely helpful. Overall good service.

Nustone came recommended to us. Received fantastic service from Vishal. Very friendly and quick to respond to our (many) questions.
Having looked around, Nustone offer great value for money and good quality products.
Now awaiting delivery, will update review once received.

Vishal was very helpful as a landscaping business he is looking after us giving us quote on time delivery is spot on prices are very competitive so definitely recommend them

Ordered Kandla Grey Patio Kits from Nustone Patios and the whole process was really smooth. I had several doubts about the product, but customer service clarified everything clearly and helped me choose the right option. The order was sorted very quickly and communication was great throughout.

Really impressed with the service from Nustone. I recently ordered 9 crates of porcelain pavers which were on sale anyway but with their spring discount of an additional 10% they were an absolute bargain. Not only did the tiles work out cheaper than any others I'd viewed, the quality of them was by far the best I'd seen. I've lost count of how many tile samples I've received over the last year or so but generally they arrive chipped, broken and so small that you can't get any kind of impression. Nustone's samples were immaculate and twice the size. Immediately impressed. Then to get the discount was a bonus... the delivery was fast, the only hiccup being that the pallets had been loaded on to the lorry in such a way that the driver couldn't get the pallet truck under them to offload. They had to go back to base and redeliver the next day but that was no problem. I called Nustone's customer service team and spoke to Jennifer who was extremely helpful and chased up Pallex to made all the arrangements for me, calling me back to confirm everything. She had plenty of useful advice and information about the process for checking the tiles on receipt and reporting any breakages but actually I didn't need to... all 9 pallets offloaded and not a single broken tile. I have to say, unpacking the tiles and moving them around, the quality is exceptional, especially considering that they were at least half the price of some other comparable products. They look incredible as well. All in all I am a very happy customer!

Outstanding customer service from this company. We were lucky enough to have Pradeep assist us and from start to finish, he was beyond helpful. He even managed to expedite our chosen stones by liaising with another customer who’d ordered the same slabs and giving us their order because our builder was starting work the following week. Honestly cannot recommend Nustone enough.

Amazing experience, using them since start of the year,no problem flawless. Collection discount is the best.

Absolutely useless company. Order placed on 10th May, and delivery shown as 4-8 days.

Had the same excuses as everyone else posting poor reviews… “containers stuck in the port”. I have to chase numerous times a day for an update, and even then they can’t give me one. The latest excuse is because I had a note to call me when delivery is due so I can take delivery, it delayed the dispatch. It seems every time you chase they give you a slightly positive update to make you feel something is happening, when in reality, they have no idea!

I am now being told it should be with me Thursday or Friday next week. Which will be close to 3 week. Completely unacceptable.

UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE! You are selling products that you don’t have stock of!

I have notified them that if I do not get a delivery date confirmed Tuesday, I will be cancelling the order. Then the nightmare of trying to get a refund.

Run away from this company. I purchased porcelain tiles, grout and primer slurry on 05/04/2026 after seeing such positive reviews and very competitive prices. I was told it would take 4-8 days to be delivered. It took 25 days for the order to be delivered after numerous phone calls and emails.
Eventually it was delivered on 30/04/2026. On arrival, there were 2 broken tiles and the grout I received was expired. I emailed them on 31/04/2026 explaining the situation and I was told to use the broken tiles as offcuts. I then informed them about the expired grout and was told this would be investigated and I sent pictures showing of the expired grout. I then had to call multiple times to follow this up and when I called on 11/05/2026 I was asked to provided numerous amounts evidence this includes; photos of the date, and I was also asked to open the tub and take pictures then I was told to open the pack. I was told I would receive a full refund for the expired grout within 7-10 days. Up until now I still have not received a refund for the expired grout.
This has caused me massive inconvenience and huge delay in my project. Very disappointing customer service and would not recommend.

A shocking experience from start to finish. I spent over £5,000 with Nustone based on their advertised stock levels, yet over a month later, I still don't have my full order.
​The issues started immediately:
​The Access Lie: It took 3 weeks just to get a partial delivery because Nustone insisted a large wagon couldn't access my property. This is a former farm where I just built a house; tractors, trailers, and heavy delivery wagons come and go daily. Despite explaining this, they forced me to accept a curbside delivery because my builders were facing tight deadlines. When the driver finally arrived, he parked on the road, asked "Where is the access issue?", and drove right in without a single problem.
​The Missing Stock: It has been over 4 weeks since that initial delivery. After four failed attempts to contact them, they finally called to tell me the remaining items are actually out of stock and it will be "a while."
​Zero Communication: When I asked to cancel the remainder of the order, the representative said she’d check if she could source them quicker and promised a callback twice. Surprise, surprise—no callback.
​To top it all off, a significant number of slabs in the packs I did receive are broken. False stock levels, misleading information, nonexistent communication, and damaged goods. Avoid this company.

And no doubt there will be some boring reply under this from them.
