I would strongly avoid. Despite ordering an item that was showing as in stock they failed to deliver. They wouldn’t give me an update until after the 4-8 working day delivery timeframe had elapsed. At which point they said the product was not in stock and had no idea when it might be. At this point I requested a cancellation and refund. Stated 5-10 working days for the refund to be processed. When I followed up on day 10 they said it’s being processed but to manage my expectations they had a payment gateway issue which they didn’t know when would be solved. Day 14 and still no refund or response. I would suggest they either are a scam outfit or about to go bankrupt. Be warned!

Keep away from this company and I wish I had read the poor reviews before I initially contacted them!!!!!!
I placed the order on the 1st of June 26 and told that the order was in stock. By the 18th of June, I still hadn’t received the goods.
I cancelled the order and was told that my money would be back in my account between 5 and 10 working days.
I called back yesterday the 1st of July to be told that only 9 working days had passed and would have to wait until today the 2nd July.
They clearly have no intention of paying customers back their money before the 10 working days is up.
I asked to speak to a manager and was told it was some sort of gateway problem Nustone were having. I then asked to speak to a manager again but you’ve guessed, the manager was on another call but managed to read her email and answered that I would need to wait until Monday the 6th of July. As you can imagine, I was getting quite irate by this point. I did hold on and asked the girl who answered the phone to check again but the manager was still busy. I wonder if it was another disgruntled customer looking for their money back??
I have asked for a call back tomorrow at 9am so let’s see if that happens and if not I will be calling trading standards.

It was good that I found the porcelain tiles cheaper here. The delivery was bit delayed but the service was excellent from the customer service lady.

My experience with this company was similar to many others. I ordered porcelain tiles on 1st June and porcelain setts on 2nd June, with the expected delivery timescales of 4-8 days. 9 days on I received automated emails informing me of an unspecified delay with both orders, with no delivery date specified. After a couple of calls with customer service and no further forward on delivery dates, I cancelled both orders on 17th June over the phone. I had no confirmation of the order cancellations being processed or refunds issued since. Looking at other reviews, it seems to be a common issue with this company and I'm considering raising a claim through the credit card and referring to trading standards.

Avoid this company at all costs, I order three pallets of praline patio slabs (£1,500) on a 4-8 business day delivery, 4 weeks later they had still not arrived, a week after cancelling the order, I've still not had my £1,500 back. Timeline as follows:
21st May - placed order
4th June - I contacted cust services as the latest they should have arrived was 3rd June, I was promised them early the following week
10th June - Still not dispatched so I contacted them again asking when the order was and they said they didn't have a date for the stock
12th June - I contacted them again asking for a delivery date, they told me they would let me know on Monday (this was a Friday)
15th June - I contacted them again asking for a confirmed delivery date, they informed me that they were expecting stock to be delivered to them on 26th June!
17th June - I asked them to cancel the order
18th June - they finally replied to say they would cancel the order if I still wanted to go ahead with cancellation!
A week after requesting the order be cancelled I have still not received my £1,500, they have had my money for a month. So unless you fancy paying a company for stock that doesn't exist, them keeping your money it and constantly promising non-existent delivery dates, avoid at all costs.I have now purchased from Paving UK, they placed the order on Tuesday, dispatched on Wednesday and delivered on Friday (and that was standard delivery). I recommend you go to a professional company like Paving UK and save yourself the hassle. Wish I’d read the other shocking reviews first - so glad I paid by card, I will be initiating a chargeback.
UPDATE
Over two weeks since the refund was ‘processed’, I have still not received a refund. I contacted them again today and received a response lie others have had to say they cannot process refunds as there is an issue with the ‘payment gateway’. What absolute nonsense, this is clearly a company that is in financial difficulty with no stock that is trying to stay afloat by effectively steeling customers money. PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID, THEY WILL NOT SEND YOUR ORDER AND THEY WILL
KEEP YOUR MONEY!!

If i could give this company 0 stars i would.
We placed an order and had multiple delays on when the items would be received . We decided to cancel the order as they couldn't give us a day for delivery as they hadn't received the shipment in.
This was now over 10weeks ago and we are still fighting for our refund. after multiple calls over a period of 8-9weeks advising their refund payment system was down i finally requested a charge back from our bank which could take a further 6-8 weeks.
Absolutely shocking . I advise anyone to stay well clear of this business.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Ordered slabs back in May and they where advertised as in stock not a pre order. When they did not arrive by the estimated date given I emailed them to first be told they had quality control issues then it changed to customs issues. I then asked them to cancel the order as I had builders due and needed to buy slabs from else where. I was advised I would get a full refund. I am yet to receive my refund I keep getting fobbed off about problems with their accounts department. I then called the other day and was assured the refund had been actioned but it has still not happened. I am now getting charged interested on this money that is on my credit card. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY.

Edited. So I have waited for my refund and still didn’t receive after the 5- 10 working days. I have now had to do a charge back. This company is terrible. I will be speaking to citizens advice and ask them to forward all my information over to tranding standards as it is illegal to withdraw a refund. They are selling stock they don’t have. I ordered 3 crates 600 by 900 slabs around £1500 ish. It said before I paid delivery in 4-8 days. No follow up calls I had to ring them and they fobbed me off with the got to wait till the 8th day knowing full well they didn’t have them in stock. On the 8th working day of waiting I called and that’s when they said I would have to wait another week as they didn’t have them in stock. I asked for a date but they couldn’t confirm a date or whether I would receive them the next week. I am currently waiting for my refund. Luckily I paid with credit card and so if I don’t receive my refund I will claim it back through credit card company. This is not a good company, customer service is ridiculous. After cancelling my order I found a different company that delivered the exact slabs the very next day. Avoid a lot of stress and don’t use this company!

Do not use this company they are totally unreliable, I ordered and paid for slabs on the 8/5 delivery promised in 3 to 8 days 2 weeks later contacted them and was told transport would contact me,
on 27/5 was told delivery was on 1 st or 2nd of June on 3/6 after a month waiting I cancelled they told me they could deliver on 5/6 I refused a week later still waiting for my refund

There was a slight delay with order but it was swiftly sorted and recieved 2 days after we called. Selma was fantastic and was very helpful. The items itself is top tier. No issues and good quality.

I ordered my slabs on the 5th of May, they showed the items were in stock.. the 26th of May I cancelled with them because I still hadn't received my items and was just kept in limbo, it is now the 9th of June and I still haven't received my refund! I would be careful before you order from these.

I would not recommend Nustone based on my experience.
I ordered paving slabs and was promised delivery would take 3–8 working days. When I contacted them on the eighth day, I was informed that delivery would actually be delayed by a further 2–4 weeks. As I already had builders on site, I had no choice but to cancel the order and purchase elsewhere.
The refund process has been extremely frustrating. Nearly two months later, I am still waiting for my refund despite numerous phone calls, emails, and repeated promises that the money would be in my account within 24–48 hours. Communication has been poor throughout, and I have had to raise a dispute through PayPal to try to resolve the issue.
I cannot comment on the quality of the products as I never received them, but based on my experience with delivery, communication, and customer service, I would not use Nustone again.
