Dont waste your money !

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying. Thought I’d bought something that would really work, especially given the extortionate price but was fooled by the guidance from the company saying that only products bought directly from them were genuine and others available elsewhere online were fake. Don't waste your money - the stuff I got at the local shop for £2 did a better job !!
I have had a comment from a lady xalled Anna from the company to say that additional information is required as they cant find my order (no contact info for me to reply to) and that if i don't respond to them within 2 days then this will not be followed up/ review will be taken down
Again - i would advise just to avoid !

Terrible service

I ordered the 3 pack of mold removers. After 10 minutes I changed my mind. On the website it states cancelation can be done within an hour. It was 10 minutes after I ordered and they said I can't cancel because it's already shipped. What a scam. They couldn't have shipped already, there was no tracking number. Am going to report this company.

STEALING & Unauthorized charges

I was entering an order for $25.00 via PayPal, before even confirming order, or creating an account, the same as many others here, I was charged for the $25, plus another complete order for nearly $70.00 with expedited shipping. No one answers the "chat" it goes to email and no one responds. The phone numbers are all different, no one answers. The help websites are "dangerous" "phishing" websites. I have reported to PayPal and changed all my info and will be cancelling that card as well. I was told in response to ANOTHER email address that was provided that my items had not been shipped, so a refund could not be completed. Has anyone had success in getting a refund? Buyer BEWARE.

Wrapped about these Miracle Products!

I'm wrapped that there's a product to to actually kill mould at it's source and reusable destination satchels! They're winners for our pockets, homes, belongings, health and the environment!
Thankyou to the company for spreading the word about these great products!
I love that you can use PayPal for purchases too!!

Absolute Scam

Absolute Scam
Took £47.87 from my card+ £25.98 for 2 x Tubes.
It was a nightmare getting my refund from PayPal and my bank.
Don’t fall for this neforous product.
I eventually had to cancel my card and it took over 6 months to get my money back

I did not like the multiple products…

I did not like the multiple products that you ca add it can be confusing as the no thanks you is difficult to see and you could order more and not realise. I have had this problem before it's a frequently used marketing technique and I have ended up with more products than I wanted getting a refund or stopping the order is not easy even if you call right after you buy it.

What a scam website. I expect they just got me for $90 & I won't be happy if PayPal don't act on my request to stop the charge

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling. False advertising displaying mould remover at £17.99 for 2 units. Then entered through PayPal where I was charged £47!!!!! No indication of the cost throughout process until card was charged. Customer service told me it couldn’t be cancelled because they’d already packaged it (this was within 10 mins). The website is also very hard to navigate without clicking unwanted add ons. Absolutely shocking will be returning immediately for a refund so won’t even try the product

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware!! Firstly the advertising is misleading. The company is reported to be Australian and the price should be shown in Australian Dollars. As soon as I pressed the order button the screen froze and by that time I realized that the order had gone through it was 4 times the amount I expected to pay. Had I known the Australian dollar amount. I would not have placed the order. Within moments I attempted to cancel the order, but was unsuccessful. They claimed that there was a window of one hour before the order hit the warehouse. I was under that window by 58 minutes. I was still unsuccessful. I suspect that the person answering my emails is a bot.
