Ordered 2 bottles of mould cleaner and…

Ordered 2 bottles of mould cleaner and was charged for 6 as well as other products. $120 USD.
Stay away from this company. The site is misleading and confusing. As I detailed above I only ordered the two bottles and was charged for the original order and then another 4 bottles were added and waranty protection was added totaling $90 USD. I was disappointed with PAYPAL response and I closed my account with them and my only hope of justice is my Credit Card provider. I will pass on my feelings with my wide number of friends and relations.
It's now 9/3/2026 and as well as bing SCAMED by this Company, I have not received any product. I am over it and let everyone I know how low this Company and the people they employ. Have a read of the Company response to this review, no appology, no actual response.
It is now 11/3/2026, I have received the SCAM parcel and guess what the mould removal product does not work,

Scam?

My Australian bank and Visa instantly blocked the purchase from this site and shut down my credit card !!!

MTgexreadin it got 4 stars is that the size of font used for the option of “No Thanks” choice is ridiculously small and hard to find … like they are pushing hard to buy the product.

Appalling company an absolute rip off

Appalling company an absolute rip off. Payed through PayPal clicked on one ended up with three products. I only realised I got charged for three when I looked at my bank account and found I was charged for three. I tried cancelling the order and get my money refunded but to no avail. 8 emails down the line and still no sign of any refund. When I eventually do receive the products I will be returning them asap and get my refund i requested. Overall poor customer service and poor company avoid at all costs.

Warning and revocation !

I wish I investigated before ordering! Absolutely appalling. False advertising displaying mould remover at € 13.99 for 2 units. Then entered through PayPal where I was charged Euro 47,87 € and further 25.98 € for two other items I only looked at !!!!! No indication of the cost throughout process until card was charged. Absolutely shocking! Will be returning immediately for a refund so won’t even try the product! Also I will write complains on every possible site if I don't get my money back. Nuroclean, please cancel both "orders" and send back my money, the full amount of 47,87 € and 25.98 €, so 73.85 € !

This product is useless

This product is useless. I expected more considering the outrageous price. I applied to a small amount of mould in my kitchen and after leaving for 10 minutes absolutely no improvement. It has an overpowering smell of bleach despite promises of no odour. Also, I tried to leave a review on their own website and conveniently as it is negative it won’t allow me to submit.

My order was #BE31B47340. I ordered two of this product, and was charged for 4. I did not want to order 4, and have no idea how the cost suddenly doubled in this way. The buying process goes on and on, offering other products that I did not want. This is not trustworthy behaviour.

I orded 2 tubes of mold cleaner

I orded 2 tubes of mold cleaner, After paying $25.98, I discovered a second charge for$57.67 for 2 more tubes plus shipping protection.I immediately called customer service and they said it was cancelled. Five minutes later I got an email that the order was shipped. I do not believe that anything wwould ship that quickly and I am astonished that they added an extra order. My advice is to avoid any contact with this company. Get your anti mold products at your local store. I will be working to get my money back.
