Do not deal with this company

Do not deal with this company! They quote in USD but do not display the currency even when indicated order was to Australia. They added on insurance and shipping without allowing my confirmation. I requested the order be cancelled 2 minutes after they confirmed my order. First attempt received a bounce back on their email adress Then too late customer said. Now they are not responding to my emails

SCAM - Do not try. Hidden charges and no honor in their terms and conditions.

SCAM - There was no identification that the order was in US$ until Paypal invoice received, which makes the product very expensive. They tried to add a hidden charge as well. Should have known it was a SCAM. Tried to cancel immediately and even though their terms and conditions state within 12 hrs, their Support Line said the order had gone thru and was backed so couldn't be cancelled!!! All within about 15 mins of ordering!! What lies. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

SCAM

I was mislead into believing I was purchasing 5 TUBES of Nuro Clean for $15.29 USD, then AFTER I had paid I discovered I had inadvertently ordered 5xPACKS of gel at a cost of $76.45USD!! I am unable to CANCEL my order even though 'payment' still pending. So, buyers beware.
P.S. I rang their phone # to complain & cancel but it is a fake.
I would be interested to know if anyone has received a refund. I tried to cancel immediately through both the 'company', PayPal & my bank.

I ordered 3 toilet foaming pits and was…

I ordered 3 toilet foaming pits and was charged £65 and it took from 4/1/26 to receive them on 30/1/26 and I tried to email asking why the long delivery but my email did not go through, I suspect it was full of complaints.
I have now looked on amazon to see how much for the identical product received and £5.99 so I and a lot of others were well OVERCHARGED.
I and I hope others read this and shop on Amazon so save your money

Scam site - keep away.

I ordered a small amount of mould cleaner but this was increased by the company, too much money went through without my asking for it and the order went through very quickly and wrong. I tried to cancel it straightaway but the email bounced back. I rang my bank and hopefully this money will not be paid. I don’t know though as I paid through PayPal and have to ring them tomorrow and try and sort it out. It is obviously a scam site - keep away from it is my advice.

Scam

So-called Nuro clean mould gel took weeks to arrive.
Ordered on the 2nd Jan. 2026.
Ordered 2 boxes as per discount offer.
Arrived today. 29th January.
Two VERY small tubes, in pink and purple boxes, called *C 'Mold Remover Gel. "
No mention of Nuroclean anywhere.
Very small tube was half empty when I attached nozzle supplied, after removing the seal, and it didn't even cover half the base of the shower just at the junction where wall meets floor and mould grows.
Also found out they charged an extra $8.99 AU for '"Etended warranty" ( no x) which I had not agreed to.
Also came from two different company names - not Nuro gel. " YW Co., Ltd". And 'Commerce Core UAB'.
ALSO - their " free Thankyou Card" - also unsolicited, had a fake 'paypal' assistance email address to write to, to air 'any issues.'
NOT a valid paypal email address.
I checked.
PLUS, the 'gel' was runny/slurpy and it does not work.
I paid $77. 96 AU for two little half full tubes that do not work.

I didn't order and system placed double order, this is fraud

I was planning to order 2 qty but I was never placed the order and system automatically placed ordered on behalf without my Knowledge, with extra cost of shipping and shipment protection cost. If I would know about the actual cost I would have not placed the order at such a high cost, cherry on the top, system showed me a better deal, I chose the option and system place another order, I didn't placed the order for single qty and now the order is placed for 4 Qty, if all ok I would have placed order for 2 Qty with £17.99x2 = £35.98, instead they sniffed mine pocked with £73.87, I raised dispute with PayPal but all in vain and a company called commerce core UAB told that we will ship the order and I need to send it back for refund and I don't know the process of return or refund on the order or any where for this product. they have different company to delivery the product and different company managed payment collection. look like I am duped, I will not going to get the refund for purchase which I didn't make. Paypal also through me out to seller to deal with them, order no for this product is D993A664DC placed on 25/01/26. the mail id on the order support @ buynuroclean.com
is also not working I got the mail delivery failure. I would like share my order with every one.

Total scam

Well, just to repeat the same experience. Ordered 2, got the order booked twice due to a faulty website process (once with an expensive order insurance) and both orders charged twice.
No product.
Seeing the reviews I understand that they did not react to the threat of a negative review - It cannot get worse...
Update 19th Jan
The double charge for the two shipments have been reverted.
Nevertheless, I had within an hour complaint to their service team that the first order with an extremely expensive shipment insurance was not made by me but a result of a faulty website, which during the payment process stalled and blinked without further change. I killed the open tab, started from scratch and ordered two units. I explained that if I would have wished to order two more units within 5min, I would have ordered them in one parcel to save on shipping and get a higher discount. No answer.
The obviously fraudulent double charging has ben reversed by writing directly to their service provider for billing with cc to NuroClean.
The faulty double order correction is still outstanding.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY, THIS IS RUBBISH, IT DOES NOT WORK! There was no promised fizz or foam, powder just sat in bottom of the toilet bowl, there was no way this was going to clean anything. The seller's customer service if crap (excuse the pun!) continually asking me to return the product when clearly it had literally gone down the toilet!
I have been asked to provide more details, but I think the above says it all! I have photos I can add if there was that option?

Absolutely avoid - SCAMMERS

Absolutely avoid - scam company!!! Their ordering system adds items to your checkout and then immediately bills you separately for different items on PayPal. They set up recurring charges on your PayPal account. When you try to cancel order - within 2 minutes of it going through you get an automated response that the order is with warehouse and then 5 minutes later to say it’s been packaged and now out for delivery. Had to create dispute through PayPal who reimbursed the money to my account. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

Total waste of money

Total waste of money. Doesn't work using a spoonful (even a tablespoon) as recommended. I had to use the whole sachet to get a clean toilet. Didn't remove the limescale either. It feels like false advertising. I complained and they offered a full refund if I returned the product or 50% if I don't. I worked out it cost me $20 to clean the toilet. I cannot recommend it.

This company is a disgrace! i ordered 1pack with 4 sachets of toilet cleaning foam and was charged £73 85pence. i have written several emails and phoned their customer service and had a very rude asian female shouting at me and wouldnt let me explain exactly what id received from them and then put the phone down and clearly wasnt interested in my complaint I still have not been able to recover my money and i feel so disapointed in myself for being so stupid thinking i could trust this company! I wouldnt recommend this company. please be very careful if you purchase anything as im sure im not the only person to have had the misfortune to be scammed by these people.

Engineered swindle

When I ordered the product their system disguised an option for more product, albeit with out the discount offered on my order. I was tricked into accepting the additional order. When I realised what i had done I immediately reported it to their support staff LOOKING FOR A REFUND. I was told it was "already shipped". This would have been impossible to achieve in the short time between the over order and the email response. Support said I could return the extra when it arrived. It did arrive and I initiated the return process, Support described the process as being lengthy and cumbersome. They suggested a settlement with a partial refund and no returns required. I only get ¼ of my money back but no further hassle and i keep the extra product (which is rubbish). By then I was sick of the to and fro emails and accepted the partial refund.
I suggest:- STAY AWAY FROM THEM
