Very efficient service
Very efficient service. The goods they dispatched by Riyal Mail never arrived and NPH send a replacement without any fuss. The only issue was that their pricing was higher than available elsewhere.

Awesome customer service.
After nearly 2 weeks for item to be delivered contacted NPH about delay. They immediately sent another item via next day courier. Day after that arrived the original one turned up!!
Anyway their customer service was excellent to say the least. They asked if I would send back the original if it turned up and would pay the postage.
The original is on its way via Royal Snail Mail. Don't worry about the postage.

I was really impressed with the speed of delivery and the customer service. Arrived the next day. I have used the Adey Magna Clean previously so I don't expect any problems with the boiler for many years to come,

Magnaclean ordered to replace leaking valves
Magnaclean ordered to replace unit with stiff on off valves which were leaking just a little bit.
Unit arrived quickly, fitted pipes and sealed first time with no leaks.
full unit ordered so that when servicing unit can be replaced for cleaning.
old valves cleaned up and oiled with silicone oil, now can be used as replacement if new valves become stiff.
