I bought my first Wituka t-shirts many years ago at their store in Valencia. After many years of wear they started to fall apart and I wanted replacements, so I ordered them online.
One t-shirt had a quality issue with the print, but Noelia from customer support was fast, friendly and helpful and I received a free replacement promptly.
Keep up th great work at customer support!

Great quality of product. These regular fit t-shirts became my favourite. I’ve also experienced the customer servise and I can’t complain. One of the items I received wasn’t in good condition. I asked for the solution and on the same day I received a code for a new purchase of the item of perfect condition. All for free. Great customer service. Will definitely buy again.

Order a number of items to the UK, they arrived in a timely manner. Great items, just for a couple of T-shirts we decided to return them. I followed the process described on the website (which includes paying for the return ourselves, very expensive from the UK so I would not actually recommend doing this). Had the parcel back a couple of weeks later because apparently it was refused or undelivered. I emailed Wituka and they were very responsive, and offered to refund the items anyway. Can't fault this customer service.

My parcel was sent to the wrong address and wrong city. I have sent many emails to their support but they have stopped responding. Very disappointing customer service.

I dont have any problems with their products, they are fine but the shipping service is a different story.... first of all its shipped through GLS which in my experience is absolutely the worst courier company out there, they are always very very late, their tracking site its just a joke, there information are super scarce, usualy just an info that the label has been created, thats it! Also they love to drop the package at their warehouse after 1st attempt to deliver it, which is not even announced! Its been almost 2 weeks and i still dont have any information when the package will be delivered. Wituka, if you care about your online business, drop GLS!!!

I received excellent support from customer service regarding the undelivered package; the package was recovered and forwarded all the way to delivery.

I have the most positive opinion about the company wituka! Even though they sent me the wrong order, they acknowledged it and I'm waiting for them to send me the correct one - mine - and they didn't even make me go through the process of sending the wrong one back to them. I've bought other ones twice from them and I will definitely buy them again because all their t-shirts are of excellent quality! Thank you very much Wituka!

The wrong sized T-shirt was changed without problems

I came across the brand on Instagram and really liked the t-shirts. I ordered 4 both classic (size M) and oversized (size S) and they fit me really nice (I’m 1,68cm 65kg). The fabric is good quality cotton and the price is fare.
Something went wrong with the first delivery attempt but I got contacted for by the customer service and had the package delivered like next day, just on time for my holidays.
I can say I had a really great experience and I’m happy with my purchase. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Great service and great t-shirts! I ordered a t-shirt from Wituka, that got stuck in a packing station due to a mistake from Hermes. Wituka sent me a new shirt free of charge. It fits perfectly and looks great! I am very happy with the customer service and the t-shirt itself.

I am extremely happy with the quality of the T-shirt and especially with the fun designs! Our whole family wears them. I will definitely be ordering again!

Love this company and their products. I made an incorrect purchase from the UK and had to send the item back to Seville, the postal service demanded fees and the package went missing. I made a mistake on my order and reported it. I received an immediate response that my order was canceled. I reordered and the product, a cycling t shirt that gets loads of compliments. Great Wituka product and best customer service ever. The Wituka agent, Noetia Armenta, iS the best ever and deserves a raise and a promotion

This is the second order I've made and everything arrived on time, even a misunderstanding with the Greek post office was resolved by their customer service center. Wituka,See you soon. Thank you very much.

I ordered the products in July and never recieved any of it - 2 months later. As noone from the company even informed me or offered me about this and the tracking ID provided was not unique I would not recommend ordering here

I bought a couple of great shirts from a store in Rome. Love supporting smaller brands and ones with great designs on as well. Unfortunately I found a hole in one when I got back from my holiday and was gutted ! I got in touch with Wituka who got me a replacement shirt free of charge to replace the faulty one. Amazing ! Super happy and will support the brand in the future. Thanks Wituka !

I ordered and payed at 17th of May. 2 months now I haven't received anything!!!! Of course after 2 months now I called my bank and want my money back. I regret not to call before.

Wituka has only emails and no phones to communicate.
They said that had issues with the delivery!!! I gave a delivery address IN a hotel with 24 hours reception, in a supburb of a city and of course have phone number etc !!!!!!!!!!

The designs are nice, but the fit is terrible. I ordered three t-shirts that were supposed to have the same cut, but all of them were different – especially around the neck and overall fit. The return process has been an absolute nightmare. It's been over a month and I still haven’t received my money back. I even had to send photos to prove that the t-shirts were not identical. Definitely not ordering again.
