I had an email saying there was a delay on shipping of Black Friday orders. I replied to the email asking if I’d get it in time for Christmas as it is a gift. Claire replied within a few hours and reassured me I would get it for Christmas and a couple of hours later I had a shipping notification. Just need to receive it now :)

I had purchased a Northskull bracelet from a retailer and it had a faulty clasp. I was asked to get in touch with Northskull directly to get it resolved. Initially the guy who dealt with my case couldn’t resolve it but eventually Tracey took over the case and the speed with which she resolved it was simply amazing.
She was really professional and showed empathy all through and when I thought it may not be completely resolved, she came back to me and offered a replacement making me a very happy and satisfied customer.
I would definitely recommend Northskull for their great products but also for moments of great customer service which I received from Tracey. Thank you!

I was having difficulty deciding what size bracelet to by for my wife and they were helpful in guiding me through the process and then offered the best advice for which one to go with. Turns out they were right and the bracelet fits perfectly!

Terrible service / equally awful product.
Purchased a cross earring, paid international shipping and then when it arrived it was a singe. So I purchased a second one so I had a pair.
They were almost 200 each.
I specially bought these as I wanted sterling silver, something b I could wear often, without tarnish.
Within a few weeks the hoops were basically black!!! I tried a silver cloth and all the usual methods to remove tarnish from SS but no luck.
The service at Northskull was equally poor.
Told me that because I had worn them in the shower they would not do anything and sent me a link to their care instructions.
Honestly pathetic. Service.
Stay away!!!!!!!!

Northskulls customer service seems to have a bad rep but I've been speaking with Tracey and she's amazing! It took me ages to resolve an issue and then she got involved and literally within a few hours everything was sorted out. Glad she was there to fix things!

The response was really quick,professional, client- oriented and I was happy to hear the information about my box. It was Jonathan, who helped me through this journey. It was Jonathan, who updated everyday about the delivery details and decided to dispatch the order, to receive the pieces available and then rest of them. From the very beginning I was treated with class. I have received my beloved Lydia collection with the complimentary jewellery leather box and could not be happier. The pieces designed with the collaboration are chic, super quality, wearable, versatile, trendy, different and outstanding. I bought the Lydia 1 collection chunky necklaces in gold and silver with the matching bracelet and rings. Also, earrings and new watch style bracelet from the new collection released few days ago. Fedex delivered them in 2 days. I highly recommend the company . Jonathan was extremely friendly and I can not share the comments above. Be stylish, original , classy and wear Northscull. Terrible customer service. Like many customers here I am waiting for a refund for £84 for a bracelet. It has definitely arrived back with them as I have the tracking information. It arrived back with them on the 28th September and since then I have emailed 3 times. Does 'Jonathan' actually exist??
