Not sure

So long story short, I ordered a neckless as a present on the 1st of july, but didn’t receive it on the dates I should have, and instead of neckless i got an email from Johnathan saying it was out of stock. He offered to choose another product, so i chose a bracelet, it was cheaper than the neckless, and they sent me a voucher which was 7 pounds short:))) And i didn’t even get my refund for delivery of the neckless! So i go on their website and see that the neckless is now available, and I order it, and I had to pay extra 16 pounds to order it again. And guess what, the bracelet arrives instead of a neckless…. ON THE 24TH of JULY. I waited a month to get the wrong product… These people still owe me 68 pounds. It all happened on the 1st of July. And now it is september 30th. It has been 3 months, and I haven’t even heard from them, they don’t reply to my emails anymore…. scam, please don’t buy from them, you will lose money for sure

Update: 4 months later I finally got my refund. Maybe their customer care did get better, but i’m still not going to order from them again. It’s been too much stress

Non-existent Customer Service

Should have read the reviews on this company before placing an order with them.
Emailed them twice this week (through their website) to arrange return of an item. No reply. They state a 7 day returns policy. And no reply to date.
Avoid using this company.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I have a faulty item for the second time. No response to half a dozen emails and messages on their customer service platform via their website.

Avoid this company. Quality of product poor, after sales service, I have no words to describe

7 day refund policy

7 day refund policy! Non refund on sale items. I have had a faulty item and the return process is awkward plus they have since not replied to 7-10 emails over the last 2 weeks since returning!

Never again would i buy from them! Avoid at all cost, one man band show.

ordered a product, it never delivered. it's been six months and they haven't replied to my emails asking for a refund. they called me a racial slur when i asked for help on the phone.

Avoid!!!!

Having the same issue as many on here! No response to my query about a return. Really concerned that the return ls period will lapse and I won’t get my refund. Avoid buying from this company at all costs

I orderd a necklace and a ring but then…

I orderd a necklace and a ring but then realised for a multitude of reasons that I dont want them so i canceled the order on the same day sunday the 29th of may. I got a responce on the 31st telling me that they’ve recieved my items (ofcourse you did, they never left your building) and that I should recieve my refund within 5-10 working days. Well here we are its june 20th and i just recieved an e-mail after mailing them on every platform with no responce at first that any do funds should appear on my account within the next 5 working days. Lets hope so. And oh yeah it was Jonathan if you where wondering

Charged twice, no refund and awful customer service

Here’s another awful review about Northskull customer service & in particular Jonathan. I just wish I read these reviews before buying.

Duplicate payment taken and no refund on site. Been chasing for over a month and now radio silence.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Great goods, awful customer service

My experience with customer support was as disappointing as for many other people here.
First of all, it wasn’t mentioned on the website that they don’t ship to my country (Ukraine). So only after making an order, paying for it and didn’t receiving in time, only after I reached out to them with the problem, I was told about impossibility of such delivery.
As an option I was advised to change the delivery address for one outside of Ukraine, which I did and even after that couldn’t get my order. For a week more they not only didn’t ship it, for god knows which reason, they were ignoring my messages on the issue (infamous Jonathan). After this *another lost* week they finally answered and in 5 minutes time my order was magically shipped.
All in all, zero customer oriented support, I lost time and my order (which was meant to be a birthday gift) was terribly late.
On a brighter note, the bracelet I ordered is a very good quality and does look amazing. Even as a late present it made the person happy.

No refunds and Terrible customer service

Unfortunately my experience with Northskull has been terrible. I returned a £110 necklace as it looked cheap compared to online and was a lot shorter than I expected. The returns cost was not free so I had to pay £7 to send it recorded delivery. On tracking the parcel, I can see it was delivered 7 weeks ago and I am yet to receive my money back. When I have tried to get in touch with customer service, I just get the response from Jonathan of ‘we are still trying to locate your parcel and will give you a response in 24 hours’. I have given them ample time to get back to me but I still haven’t heard anything from him. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this company. Truly poor customer service and I am now £117 out of pocket.

How else might I get a response??

As a last resort I have taken to Trustpilot regarding the appalling service from Northskull. Quite amusing to see Jonathan name checked by other reviewers and to know that I am not alone in receiving the worst customer service ever. What isn’t amusing is the total radio silence and refusal to process the refund which was actually offered weeks ago! Having heard nothing for the last 8 days and having chased several times I am at a loss as to what to do. I have confirmation of a refund and have returned the item and now they are refusing to communicate. I can only hope that this prompts Jonathan into action….

The necklace I bought for around 130…

The necklace I bought for around 130 euros is bad quality... the sound the necklace makes when the symbol slides down the necklace is rigid and horrible. Just plain metal without coating on the inside.

Good Products Poor Customer Service

I ordered a bracelet which was too large, no size was specified on the listing. I messaged them to inform them of this matter and a few days later I got a response. I was asked to print off a returns form, fill it out, re package the merchandise and pay for the return using a traceable method.

I returned the bracelet last week and tracking shows Northskull received their merchandise but I’ve not received any acknowledgment, correspondence or reply to my email I sent them a couple of days ago.

The products they sell are fantastic, however, their customer service is atrocious.

Really disappointing service

Really disappointing service, received half of my order, dont respond to emails, given that you cannot talk to anyone by telephone this can make things difficult. Have had to ask Mastercard to intercede on my behalf to arrange refund 🙁...2.5 weeks later after promising a refund I am still waiting, it's more the frustration of checking and writing emails, looking at transactions to see if they are as good as their word, the process is exhausting and not worth the effort...🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The worst company ever do not order

The worst company ever do not order! I got a bracelet for my partner over £100 and it doesn't clip on property the magnet isn’t strong anyways I emailed them and they don’t reply to any emails at all not even a Facebook message or anything they just ignore you and take you money! Stay well away!!

SCAM

I have been scammed by this site. I bought a necklace and a bracelet, the package arrived empty and with a cut. They never helped me. They say they know nothing but I have not received anything. I will proceed with a complaint via paypal in these days, given that they do not help me. I want my money back! Inexistent after-sales assistance.

Check their returns policy - unfair to consumers

I tried to return a necklace I bought, after 6 days of it being delivered I asked to return it and was told that I would not be able to get a refund as I only had 7 days to return it and they could give me an exchange or credit note.
After asking for more information about this I was told, that is all they could do. Then I asked how to make a formal complaint and could they please clearly state their returns policy. I also asked that legally in the UK it is 14 days for the cooling-off period for goods bought online, they just kept sending me the same email with here is a returns form, we will give you a credit note, did not mention any of my questions, that I have asked in 2 separate emails.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Addition Charges) Regulations 2013, you have this 14 day cooling off period. So I am unsure why they think 7 days to return something including contacting them for the returns form and positing it, is enough time.

Part of what makes this is hard is that the necklace was on pre-order with an early January delivery date, it eventually came in early February but there was no communication between then to apologise or just even to let me know there would be a delay with my item. So poor communication, straight away when buying something from them.

This has been quite an awful experience with the company, Jonathan who answered my emails, hasn't answered any of my questions and keeps sending the same thing, which is quite frustrating.

As can be seen from the trust pilot reviews, especially the bad ones, they don't really care! So I would suggest avoiding, especially as from their website you cannot get the information on their terms and conditions, there is no real and clear returns policy and no formal complaints procedure. This indicates they are not a reputable company and have no transparency or want to look after their consumers.

Great customer service and product

I ordered the bracelet as a gift for someone. And I ordered the big size. But it was a bit late, so I decided to keep it since it’s gorgeous, but it was a bit too big for me. The exchange process was really simple and now I’m getting a smaller size delivered tomorrow!
I can definitely recommend the quality of their products as well as their customer service.

Chose a ring and wasn't sure about the…

Chose a ring and wasn't sure about the size so I ordered another size and than realised that the larger ring was more suitable to me.

I knew there was a time limit being it all generous was 7th January 2022 so I emailed the company the lady I was dealing with was called Chyrlene who was so helpful and understanding she emailed back the next morning telling me as I had contacted them wait for the new size to come and try both rings and see which one fits you best and we will extend to you our returns policy for another 7 days.
Both the jewellery and the Customer Service is well worth the 5 stars 🌟

Unimpressed and overpriced

Ordered a bracelet and was told it would be dispatched on 21 December. Checked website on that date and there was no update. Chased up customer services who said it would be January. Considering it was a Christmas gift I said that wasn’t acceptable. Miraculously they managed to summon up one and send it that day.

On receipt of the gift it was unimpressive. One of the rubber seals on the skull decorations was loose and to be honest it was way overpriced for what it is, even with a discount. Definitely not worth wasting money on.
