I would avoid

My bracelet is broken after 60 minutes of wearing, cheap quality. However the one star is for the customer service I have simply asked for a replacement or refund, I had zero communication until leaving a review on this website which prompted them to contact me, average contact time between emails is 2 weeks. Never the less, from the point of returning the broken item and receive a refund was a month.

Things break in life, it shouldn’t take a month to be refunded.

Thank you for taking the time to update your review.

Upon reviewing your correspondence, we noted that in your initial contact with us, you stated twice in your email on April 30th, 2024, that you did not want a replacement. Unfortunately, you sent the email to our 'NO REPLY' address and was filtered out, which is why it wasn't seen by our customer service team.

When we reached out to you on May 16th following your initial review, we offered a replacement for the clasp component. However, you informed us that you had purchased another piece from a different company, so the replacement was not suitable. On May 17th, we provided you with all the details to return the bracelet. A week later, you informed us on May 24th that you had returned the bracelet, and tracking information confirms it was delivered on May 28th, following the public holiday.

Your return was logged by our warehouse team on June 12th after completing our returns QA process, and the refund was processed on June 19th. While it may have felt like a long wait, the refund was issued promptly once the return was received and processed.

In the future, if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our customer service team directly. Emails sent to the 'no reply' address are not monitored.

Bad quality of jewellery

Bad quality of jewellery, but the customer service is worse. Wrote more than one message with pictures of their products where the gold colour is lost at all. No answer, no good will at all. Unacceptable by this price of products. Never again.

I’m disappointed with the brand

I’m disappointed with the brand, I’ve purchased a couple of things that weren’t cheap the leather pleated bracelets have been okay and kept a good look but the magnetic clasp isn’t strong enough and quite often find the bracelet will come off when taking off my jacket, also only had a beaded bracelet on a few times and already the elastic has begun to fray, love the designs but unhappy with quality at price point.

Great customer service

Had an issue with a bracelet I purchased, which was quickly resolved. Lucy, was great in offering alternative products to rectify the situation and made me feel valued as a customer. Cheap Costume Jewelry, Narrow Return Eligibility

I ordered 3 items from the Northskull x Lydia Tomlinson collection, all in gold.
Ourika Necklace ($250),
Ourika Bracelet ($170),
Ripple Hoop Earrings ($120).
I purchased during 40% off Boxing Day sale, so I felt good spending $324 net.

It was a red flag that the website does not have reviews on individual items, given that in 2024, this is almost an online retail standard, but given the higher price point, I trusted these would be high quality,

Oh boy, was I wrong.
1. Each item feels like, and visually appears to be, cheap costume jewelry, in an unnatural fake metalicy yellow.
2. The clasp on the bracelet broke when I tried it on for the very first time.
3. The earrings are very heavy and wouldn't be comfortable to wear for a whole evening.

I tried to return the entire order but was unable due to the return policy -
"We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items or made to order items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on all types of earrings."
So, BE FOREWARNED, if you purchase items during a site-wide sale that is effected via a coupon code, NONE OF THESE ITEMS WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. In my humble opinion, it felt like extortion to be blocked from returning items until AFTER discovering the poor quality, but it's my fault for not carefully reading the return policy in advance.

Customer Support was responsive, professional, and kindly sent me 3 replacement clasps free of charge, so I can now wear the cheap bracelet. As a gesture of goodwill, they also conceded to let me return the necklace and bracelet for in-store credit. However, given that I would have to pay for shipping and then only be able to replace the items with items of similar quality, I decided to just keep the items I ordered.

I acknowledge that my assessment of quality is my own, and others might disagree, but I will not be purchasing for this retailer again.

Worst product I've ever seen!

Worst product I've ever seen. I just got an Earring without a clasp. One Earring was completely bent, for the price I'm honestly shocked and speechless. I cannot recommend to buy any jewelry from this company.

Broken bracelet

I ordered a bracelet, which broke within two weeks and after wearing it only twice. It's certainly not what I expected given the price I paid. If I could have returned it for a full refund I would have done that but, living in the EU, I would have to forfeit 30% as a "restocking fee".

I wish I'd had the level of customer service that some other customers have had. When I inquired about the status of the replacement clasps that they agreed to send to me, I was told I never responded to their email so they didn't send them. I did, however, receive an apology from a different customer service employee after I forwarded her the email proving that I had indeed responded, and even showing their reply to me in the thread confirming the shipping of the clasps. But still, as a business I don't think it's right to blame the customer as your default reaction to a complaint. And if you're going to do so, I'd suggest making sure you have your facts straight first.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with our bracelet. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service, and it appears we fell short in your case.

That being said, I want to clarify a few things. When you notified us about the broken clasp, we immediately sent you replacements. Unfortunately, FedEx tried to deliver them to you twice, but you were not available to accept the delivery, so they were returned to us.

When you contacted us a month later to say you had not received the clasp, the customer service agent thought you had not given us instructions as the email thread you originally sent to us did not have your response when we asked how you would like to proceed, which caused confusion. There was no intention of blaming you, the agent was simply working with the information they had at the time.

Despite the failed delivery attempt not being our fault, we have since reshipped the clasp to you at no additional delivery cost. We hope this resolves the issue for you.

Regarding the restocking fee, when we ship to Europe, we absorb the duties for all customers. However, we are unable to absorb the costs of returned items from Europe, which is why the restocking fee is in place. I hope you can understand why this policy is in place.

Thank you for your understanding and for bringing your concerns to our attention, as it allows us to improve our service and ensure better experiences for our customers.

Great Customer Service…

I had an issue with a discount code that I didn’t notice until the transaction went through. I contacted Northskull and they (Emma) came back to me the next day with a very pleasant email saying they’d refund me. No quibbling. Really great customer service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Please do not purchase Northskull's bracelets. I had one bought for me as a present and this was quite pricey, so we expected good things. Even after taking good care and following all the aftercare instructions on their website, the bracelet started to tarnish after 6 months (and after only wearing this about 5 times), and after 10 months it is completely unwearable! Customer service was completely unhelpful. I have other bracelets from other brands which are much better quality and have not tarnished even after years, so AVOID AVOID AVOID Northskull!
