Sofa arrived with legs already attached where one of the legs in the corner is wonky. It is likely to snap anytime, rendering a broken sofa for the dump! Waste of money

My house is very hard to find! The delivery guys were wonderful and had even assembled the furniture for me (I was expecting flat packed in a box) so this was a lovely and very welcome surprise.
Would recommend them!!!

Fantastic customer service.
Ordered a cabinet for my lounge. Discovered it was badly damaged during delivery. Contacted the company and Dan was so helpful and we were able to amicably resolve the situation.

the lads arrived within good time and were very polite and freindly. genuinely no problems with the sofa, I dont think it was actually brand new it may have been a second or a return, as I ve had the sofas before and i know the packaging. However it was in new condition and well worth the money. The main advantage for me is they delivered very fast and they were courteous, careful and polite in my home.,.. which is exactly what I want. I would definitely buy again

I spoke to Cal about a month ago asking if he could supply a rise and recline 'leather' Armchair in grey. He said that He could supply one and because I'm disabled He would deliver it for free. I said to Cal would it be a problem to hold it for me until the end of the month as I wanted to get my decorating out of the way first. Today I had my new armchair delivered on time with no hassles, Cal was really helpful throughout, in both the delivery/set-up and the operation & instruction, and made the whole process simple and hassle free.
