Outstanding Customer Support and Fair Resolution
I had an issue with an unexpected renewal charge, and although it took a few days to resolve, I am very satisfied with how the NordVPN support team handled my case.
Every support representative I interacted with was polite, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. They responded promptly to each of my emails, investigated the issue carefully, processed the full refund, and even provided a special discounted offer for a new 2-year + 4-month plan, which I have now purchased.
What impressed me the most was their consistent communication and willingness to find a fair solution. Good customer service is not about never having problems, but about how those problems are resolved. In my case, NordVPN handled it very well.

Always Protected
I have never had a period where I was not protected. I know if it won’t let me go to a Website if it is unsafe. I can shut it off at my own risk but I don’t!!! It cost really nothing for all it does .
