Till now one the user friendly and trustworthy VPN. I use it on gaming, coding, Dfir, pentesting. Its one safety net against the phising and scam and dark web monitoring. Keep up the awesome job.

Zero latency !

Subscription system feels more like a scam than honest system. It is automatic and fee jumped 2.8 times higher than initial was. Cancel button is not that easily to find. And it automatically makes a payment 14 days before the end of earlier subscription and next starts.

And you DON'T have right to cancel or refund after automatic payment has been made - 14 days before!

Also Nordvpn has problems to connect or webservices flags as problematic connection. Speed is not what is promised compared to some other VPNs. Limited service with same payment on Linux. etc.

NOT worth your money. Threre are more reliable services that are much cheaper than this scam.

With or without it it seems I get a lot of spam and a lot of advertisements I’m going to try express on my next renewal

Excellent VPN with little or no impact on speed, plus great customer support when I accidentally locked myself out of my account.

It did not work but they did well to accept my cancellation.

Response quick , friendly and solved the problem immediately.

Really good at masking IP addresses BUT their threat protection is a little aggressive. Blocks sites that I deem valid and safe and continues to makes it difficult to access the sites even after I've identified them as safe and legit.

Additionally, a number of legit sites will, from time to time, block access and won't allow access unless I shut NORDVPN down completely. Additionally, their pricing has gone up substantially from previous years. You can no longer get a 3 yr discounted deal. MAX 2 years. Re-evaluating my use of their product at this time.

Works great, protects me against viruses, never had any problems.

NordVPN and NordPass are great premium services. Highly recommended. So many features are built into the products. If you are looking for a solid VPN service get it.

reliable connections where ever I need or want them. Used to travel a lot and with Nord I can be in the country I want to and check what's going on.

I am a customer for more years than I remember, so it is not a short term experience

Account Troubleshooting

The customer support staff were really nice in helping me fix some account issues.

I’ve been using NordVPN for the past four years and it has been a beautiful experience, any issues that was needed troubleshooting were promptly addressed and corrected and there were only two of those
Unfortunately as the company has grown and expended it has become a bit more expensive that it has been in the past
But overall I gave it five stars because it does what he claims to do

I've used VPN's before and had different experiences, I tried the "Market Leader" and that was OK but a little rich for my pocket. NordVPN does everything I want it to do and more at a reasonable price.

I didn't give 5 Stars as occasionly the security can be a bit heavy handed but you can switch those elements off and I frequently do.
They have something called Meshnet which allows you to send files and/or folders to other Nord users which is brilliant, any size and it's private and secure.
I'm happy enough.

After a brief conversation with AI, I was connected to Octavio who quickly read through the conversation and was able to supply me with an alternative configuration that immediately fixed my problem. No waiting and a friendly helpful person who fixed my problem, can't ask for any more.

Pop-ups are grnerally gone

Whilst the product is satisfactory the customer service is dire. I signed up to a 30 day rolling contract as I only needed the product for 1 week whilst abroad. Having then cancelled and unsubscribed I continued to get charged for a further 2 payments (to date) and get endless emails promising discounts, deals and the such like bordering on harassment. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

The in person email system was great and helpful but the AI bot prior to communicating with a real person over email was absolutely abysmal. And when I asked to speak to a human in the AI chat it either redirected me back to itself with a “human” name or put me in contact with a real human that was just as bad as the bot.

NordVPN is a solid VPN overall, but what really stands out to me is Threat Protection. It does an excellent job of catching malware and other malicious content before it reaches your device. I've found it genuinely effective, and it gives me real peace of mind while browsing.
My one gripe — and it's a relatively minor one — is with the Recents countries tab. Once you connect to a country, it shows up in your Recents, but there's no way to delete or clear individual entries from that list. It would be great if NordVPN added an option to remove specific countries from your Recents, or at least gave you a way to clear the list entirely. Ideally, this could be an optional setting — leave it on for those who like the quick-access convenience, but let users who prefer a clean list manage it themselves.
Overall, a strong product with one small UX improvement that would make it even better.
