Thank you and I hope that you can straighten this problem out. May 7 2026 I ordered NORD paying with PAY PAL 2 year $103.72 subscription with a few free extra months..## BUT May 26,2026 I was charged again for duplicate subscription-NOT ORDERED -and my charge read Apple Digital Services for $105.99???? mv52x206QT. When I check status of claim it reads REFUNDED-but not on my Charge! $105.99 still billed.

NordVPN provides a high end service and…

NordVPN provides a high end service and its products offer fantastic benefits and security features to users. Their support team is very responsive and reliable, helping me find resolution to my issue with needing to change my registered email address on my account as I no longer use it anymore. The process was smooth and easy and as usual, everything continues to work like it should with no hiccups. I give them 5 stars across the board as my experience with them has been excellent and I could not fault them in any way.

NOT WORTH THE HEADACE!

NOT WORTH THE HEADACE!
I have had NordVPN for about five years now and used to be pretty happy about it. But the past year or so it seems like they have forgotten what they are.
For every update the user-experience gets worse. It crashes, it randomly block all my local connections, it block trusted websites, the download speed suddenly drops to 200kb/s. NordVPN has gotten so bad, that even my tech AI I asked for help, tried to tell me to tunnel all my connection around the NordVPN, practically meaning it told me to just ditch it.... and that is what I do. I have spend HOURS upon HOURS troubleshooting just to connect my laptop with my own local server's network folder.

I AM NOT RENEWING MY SUBSCRIPTION!

Also, starting about a year ago, I started being bombarded with "extra features" like, buy compressless transit, browser extensions, share big files, media remoteplay, use your phone as a server, Dark Web monitor, malware and protection, scam chech links, meshnet devices and all kind of ridicules upsale B.S!

NordVPN, you were good, maybe even the best, but you blew it, you forgot what you were meant to do.... goodbye!

I was unable to log in within 30 days due to email mixup hospitalization/rehab delays

I was unable to log in within 30 days. Due to a mixup in emails and a hospitalization and long recovery away from home, i never got logged in. If you cant log in, you also cant cancel. Nord vpn will just repeatedly recite their policy and keep the full year of service payment. And not offer credit, partial refund or any penny of value. Despite not having to render any service at all in return for your money. Because, no login. This is nothing but predatory behavior. I wanted a partial refund, reset and start over. But policy says they cannot do that and they love reciting that 30 day no refund policy. And not giving you any money back..despite not giving you anything in return for that money. Nor any credit for other nord services.
If you didnt ever login, you also cant leave a truthful review on google play, the place through which you paid. This is not right. This is just pure thievery. There should be a process to correct login problems and partial value refunds for services paid beyond the 30 day sign in period.
