These bags really hold up well. I’ve used mine for over a year, once a month and I even dropped it downstairs and it is still like new. Highly recommend!

The carry on is tough and secure. I love the secured laptop side. It doesn't take much away from the luggage side and the charging cord to use an external battery pack and the ports on the outside of the bag are now charging ports is a nice feature. The wheels roll so easily that it's a breeze to roll around the airport

Bought 2 sets of Weekender, carry on and larger roller. Met my needs perfectly. Customer service has been great! Had a couple minor issues, their response has been great!

Found the product quality seems fair. Shells feel flimsy and have no internal reinforcement. We’ll see how it holds up. Certainly not worth the supposed exorbitant list prices. They are constantly having sales, which reinforces the inflated list prices.
Be very careful to check overall dimensions compared to the airlines. Almost all airlines the maximum carry-on before oversize surcharges is 62” total including the wheels. Nobl’s 28” check-in all-in-one is 63” total. Why would you not try to fit within the airline requirements.
Their return policy initially sounds ok except that the cost to return a larger bag can cost upwards of $200 via any of the carriers, which at that time was what was paid for the piece. It was our mistake not confirming dimensions, because of this we tried to no avail to get them to issue a return label. They refused and would not even help with reduced shipping cost.
Extremely dissatisfied with customer service. The are difficult to get in contact with and the online chat was useless. Many phone calls had wait times over 15 minutes. They also did not return calls that they said they would and you can forget about getting a reply to their emails.
The real kick in the head is we found Amazon selling some of their luggage which had a free return.

I have submitted so many messages within your "contact us" AI system within your website and no one has helped me whatsoever. I made this order two weeks ago and I never received my order - I made a claim with UPS and they haven't gotten back to me and when I did not know how to contact you or your website contact us button ( since it is so small and hard to find ) - I emailed the nobltravel email within your 24 hour policy ( I made the order on a Friday, I followed up on Saturday - that next Monday was Labor day ). I am within your policy and have been asking for someone to email me or help me for weeks now. This is ridiculous and spent over $1,600 on your luggage and was really looking forward to using it on my trip in two weeks. I need a resolution promptly.

Have both the carry on and large suitcase. So far very durable. Easy to clean but some scratches and marks have not come off. My only complaint is the carryon doesn’t fit above in all aircraft’s so they made me check it. I had to take out all of my electronics.

Nobl worked to offer a deal that was perfect for the luggage I needed. The luggage is perfect for my travel style and works better than anything else I’ve tried - (solgaard, away). Customer service is top notch and I was kept up to date with the delivery every step of the way.

NOBL luggage was a great investment!!! I love the easy maneuverability with the wheels, the clean design and vibrant colors. The luggage is very roomy and sturdy and fits all of my belongings perfectly. The separate compartment on the weekender for shoes is a nice touch. The locks on the luggage's are easy to set and super convenient to have. Don't walk, run to purchase your set today!!.

My Noble bag was damaged when I checked it for a flight. It was only 10 months old, it’s carryon so I never checked. When I picked up my bag, the cup holder was broken beyond repair. I filed a claim with the airline, they replaced it with the same bag, but in a different color, which meant that I no longer had a matching set. When I contacted Nobl customer service, I explained I needed a mismatched set at the same bundled prices. They were able to accommodate me and still allow me to get the discount pricing. I now have two matching sets and I’m very happy! Thank you, NOBL. I also had a $75 unused gift certificate, and purchased the LED Cosmetic bag! My next purchase will be the packing cubes!

Cancelled a piece of an order. Credit has not been issued. No response to any of my emails or to their 'contact us' customer service icon. No phone number, so cannot call them. Going to have to have my credit card cancel this charge, as Nobl isn't going to take care of it. I will not do business with them again.

They have now provided an email address to an individual who they assured me will correct the problem. Emailed her. No reply.

Customer Service is very deceitful. They outright lied to me. I spoke to, representative, Dean Winchester, who promised to refund a bogus subscription fee to the air tag they sent with luggage I ordered. I explained I would not pay for a service that costs nothing by competitor air tag services. After considerable discussion, I was finally told a one time refund would appear on my original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Nobl did not refund my money. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card. BEWARE! Nobl has many BBB complaints.

Great product but getting a warranty item is like pulling teeth that last weeks - airline lost a wheel - Contact NOBL with photo said going to send wheel - week later nothing asked again then NOBL said exchanging entire suitcase would provide labels 2 week later no labels in email. Contacted NOBL again said they could send wheel Now NO contact at all from company

We've been really impressed with our Nobl carry-on. The thoughtful details set it apart — the cell phone holder built into the handle is genius, and having a cup holder right there is such a nice touch for travel days. The charging port is incredibly convenient too. It also comes with TSA-approved locks, which gives us peace of mind. The protective cover is a great feature — it shields the case from bad weather and also helps prevent scratches and dents if you ever need to check it. Overall, it's the sturdiest, most well-built luggage we've owned and we highly recommend it. Our only critique was that it didn't come in an expandable option, but Nobl clearly listens to feedback — they've since added that option too!

I bought the travel bundle, the checked bag, the carry-on and the duffel. My favorite part is the zipper less feature. The wheels are also so smooth, you just glide through the airport (or wherever you’re going).

I still have not received my hot pink weekender, I showing deliveded. No easy way to get in touch with company

I lost a wheel cap during a recent Airlines trip and Nobl replaced. I truly appreciate that. Thank you.

The suitcases work wonderfully, I especially love how smooth the wheels roll. All in all, it was worth the purchase.
