I ordered, and received promptly the all in one carry on. As soon as I removed it from the box I new it was too large for the airlines I use. I contacted Custome Services through their chat line to ask about returning the case and buying a smaller one. A representative agreed to help with this exchange but unfortunately I haven't received a return label after numerous efforts.
I have now requested to return the original case and obtain a refund, not an exchange. There are too many negative reports! I just want the matter resolved and my refund received. Is there anything further I can do?

We not only live the luggage - we now have 6 pieces- we’ve bought 4 more for grad gifts. The customer service is outstanding as well. Make your travel better and easier - buy!

This suitcase is marvelous! The wheels roll and turn easily. Also, I loved the organization side compartment. I never fumbled to find my passport, computer or other small items.

Leslie's follow-up after my August purchase was impressive. She addressed my concerns, provided prompt feedback, and said she would notify me when the additional items currently out of stock are available. That's exceptional customer service.

I have the full set of luggage and I love it! I have traveled all over with it and have zero complaints. It is spacious & durable - (especially with the zipper pouches) it holds so much! The customer service is off the charts good as well. They have been helpful all around, especially when one of my pieces of luggage was stolen from the airport. I highly recommend this luggage!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Crap customer service for the price! I need to return something I purchased. I was told to email support, but then I got an email saying they no longer accept emails and to use the Chatbot. The chatbot never answered me. I finally got an answer 45 days after I started the refund process: an email saying I had to request the return within 5 days, despite the 100-day policy on their website.

It was a pleasure working with everyone that helped me with my return. I am grateful.

I have purchased all of the luggage and accessories. Ordering and receiving my luggage was very easy and fast. I especially want to thank Ella Brooks for the special discount on my last purchase. She was very kind and informative on my purchase. When i received my luggage i was extremely happy with all the amenities the luggage offered. Cant wait to use the luggage on my next adventure in April.

Nobltravel Customer Service was outstanding . This my second time ordering this luggage. I really loved the Weekender because of the storage at the bottom. Your shoes really fit perfectly. The delivery service was amazing. My order was more beautiful than I expected. ❤️❤️

Customer service is nonexistent. I need to return something I purchased. I was told to email support, but then an email came back saying that they no longer to use emails and to use the Chatbot. The chat bot never answered me. There is a phone number to call and so far I have been on hold for a total of 4 hours and 28 minutes.

I purchased three pieces of Nobl luggage for my 10 week driving trip across the Pacific Northwest.Hauling these cases up and down various staircase pulling my luggage across uneven surface, whatever the condition this luggage took the abuse and still looks good. The wheels still roll smoothly just like new. After a few additional trips everything still looks new.

I absolutely love my Luggage. I have tons of room. It is so easy to pull into maneuver everywhere I take it. I get so many compliments on just how pretty and how elegant it is and I have taken it on many trips and it is not worn at all and it is still absolutely beautiful.

Thank you for your response. I cannot reply to your reply on this platform, so I am editing the original post. Order #1923. I requested a "return" for the midnight blue carry-on that was not the color appearing online, but was told that I could only receive an "exchange.. I was then given a return label. I simply want clarification that this return label will follow with an exchange.

I’m a snowbird I travel from Alaska to Florida twice a year and I love my Noble suitcase it has also been a a Disney cruise. I would not travel without it. JJ

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love My NOBL Suitcases!

I absolutely love my NOBL hard-sided suitcases! The carry-on is especially amazing. It has a convenient spot for my laptop, plus I can keep a small charger inside and use the built-in port on top to charge my phone while I’m traveling. And the cup holder? Such a simple feature, but I LOVE it!

I also have the larger all-in-one suitcase, and it holds an incredible amount. I’ve packed everything I needed for a 10-day vacation—and then some!

I’ve been very impressed with NOBL’s customer service, too. I lost a few pieces from my wheels, and they were able to locate my original order and get the replacement pieces sent out to me. Great service makes such a difference!

The colors are beautiful, too. I love my mint blue and red suitcases, but if I order another one, I’m definitely going for the hot pink! 💕🧳

I absolutely love my Nobl carrying on hard cover suitcase. I like the way the compartments are laid out inside as well as the cup holder and charger compartment. The wheels roll the suitcase very easily and I think for the money it’s the best product out here in this category. I have 1400 leather Tumi carryon and I like this one so much better the way it performs. Cc

I seem to use my carry on pieces more than the check in one. I love it!
The bottles keep my water cold longer than my Stanley cup.
I love the pretty colors of both. I have 3 colors of bottles and 2 colors of carry ons. We have started putting stickers from the places that we’ve travelled to on them. So far we have Thailand, Smoky Mountains, Myrtle Beach, Dollywood, and Dolly’s Travel Center. I’m traveling to St. Croix, Hawaii, Australia, New Zealand, and the Galápagos Islands this coming year. My luggage gets used a lot and the stickers only go on the pieces of luggage that actually went with me so my check in will get a lot this next year.
