I purchased three pieces of this luggage, the Weekender, Carry-On, and Check-In,for a month-long adventure through Europe, Morocco, and South Africa, and I can honestly say this luggage exceeded my expectations!

From the moment I started traveling, I knew I had made the right choice. It’s lightweight, incredibly spacious, durable, and the wheels are BEYOND AMAZING! 🙌🏽

I put these bags to the ultimate test by rolling them over cobblestone streets in Europe, up and down hills, through airports, hotels, and countless streets and they handled it all with ease. No struggling, no fighting with the luggage, and no worrying about whether the wheels would hold up. They rolled beautifully!

And the Weekender? AMAZING! 😍 It holds an unbelievable amount in such a compact space. I especially love the separate bottom compartment, which is perfect for shoes or anything else you want to keep organized and separate from your clothing.

But one of my favorite features is the latch locking system. It’s incredibly easy to use, feels extremely secure, and gives me peace of mind while traveling.

After a month of serious international travel, I can confidently say:

It’s a great suitcase, nice and roomy, but we had a problem with the wheel check in suitcase. Leslie was able to take care of sending me a new suitcase because they did not have the right wheel available. Thank you Leslie for Great Service and staying on top the wheel problem!

Buyer Beware. While the bag has great features you run a big gamble if you, like me, do not check bags. One description for the carry-on indicates these measurements: 22x14x9 which is perfect. If you scroll down on the page you see a different measurement, for the same carry-on: 23.43x15.55x9.45. These dimensions are not acceptable and are disallowed by most international flight carriers. If you travel internationally with carry-on only, this bag will get checked because of the size. Kind of deceptive on NOBL's part.

I ordered my luggage from Nobl and was excited to use it for my next vacation. I went to Prague and Budapest in August 2026. When I collected my luggage in Prague, there was a dent in the corner of one of the 28" checked suitcases. This made locking it a bit tricky. When I got home I called Nobl and delt with their AI. Since that could not resolve the issue I was transferred to a live person and was told that they would instruct me on how to contact the airlines and how to word the claim if that was necessary. The Nobl warranty states that there is a lifetime warranty on the product. One of the categories that is covered was the "Structural defects that compromise the integrity or functionality of the luggage." I explained the situation and all that I was offered initially was a $50 online credit. The person said it was an airline issue. I quoted the warranty to them and they raised the online credit to $100. One of the main reasons I initially bought the luggage was the warranty. I did not take the offer. Also, the timelines for filing a claim are not clearly stated. I was not provided any help with how to contact the airline and language to use. The representative was fairly condescending during our phone call, like she could not be bothered. I will not be buying from this company again based on this experience.

I would not recommend buying anything from this company. I bought a set of luggage for my husband for his birthday. It included a check-in bag, a carry on bag, an overnight bag, a water bottle, a luggage rage, a tracker, bag protectors and packing cubes. They only delivered the check-in bag even though they sent me an email saying they delivered almost all of it. Trying to get it resolved was a nightmare because they have no phone number you can call. You have to do everything on line and it's an AI application. When I finally was able to chat to someone named James, I had to repeat everything I said in the AI chat. Everything he said he would do, he did not. I'm trying to return the check in bag and get a refund for everything, I cannot seem to do. I submitted a dispute with the credit card company for the charge and the next day they charged me for a service I didn't approve. So I had to do a second dispute. My recommendation stay as far away from this company as you can. I'm putting a complaint in with the BBB and the Attorney General.

I am enjoying the carry on luggage that I purchased. I only wish the strap was a little more flexible to secure items. Over all it’s great and rolls smoothly! I get alot of compliments on the lavender color! Def looking to secure the larger piece but I don’t like checking my bags 😭

Hands down the best luggage out there!! So easy to maneuver through airports! I’ve tried them all - Beis, Delsey Paris, etc - and would pick Nobl every single time!! I get so many compliments from airline personnel on my pink Nobl - I’d love to get the yellow, or the light blue…!!!

I love all Nobl products. I have the Carry on, the 24 inch Check in and the 28 inch Check in. In addition, I have the Weekender, the packing cubes, the water bottle, 2 of the vacuum travel bags, the luggage tag all in Lavender color. I’m awaiting the Vegan Utility Bag. Nobl is the best when it comes to traveling

In all my years of traveling and all the luggage I’ve had nothing can beat the Noble carry-on. From now on my travel accessories will be the noble and a backpack and that’s it. The quality of the product is wonderful and I’m looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it over the next 20 years or so.

THE LUGGAGE IS AMAZING! They do take a while to arrive so please order a month or 2 ahead. Leslie helped me with getting a new cover for my luggage.

PROCESS WAS A LABORIOUS WITH A LOT MORE COMMUNICATION I GOT AN ACTUAL COMMUNICATION FROM LESLIE. LESLIE MADE THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE ALTHOUGH STILL I BIT LABORIOUS FOR HER MADE IT HAPPEN.

NOBL & especially Sean Torres made it right. I was not pleased with the space taken up by the laptop pocket on the regular carry on & wanted to exchange it for the expandable - Sean made it happen. Thanks-

I ordered, and received promptly the all in one carry on. As soon as I removed it from the box I new it was too large for the airlines I use. I contacted Custome Services through their chat line to ask about returning the case and buying a smaller one. A representative agreed to help with this exchange but unfortunately I haven't received a return label after numerous efforts.
I have now requested to return the original case and obtain a refund, not an exchange. There are too many negative reports! I just want the matter resolved and my refund received. Is there anything further I can do?

We not only live the luggage - we now have 6 pieces- we’ve bought 4 more for grad gifts. The customer service is outstanding as well. Make your travel better and easier - buy!

This suitcase is marvelous! The wheels roll and turn easily. Also, I loved the organization side compartment. I never fumbled to find my passport, computer or other small items.

Leslie's follow-up after my August purchase was impressive. She addressed my concerns, provided prompt feedback, and said she would notify me when the additional items currently out of stock are available. That's exceptional customer service.
