I have purchased from another well known company and for some reason, even though it is the same brand shirts I have purchased, the quality of the fabric and stiching is much better from Ninja Transfers. Only reason for 4 stars was that the whole order didn't arrive together and I have an order to complete on my end.

I bought the DTF Gang Sheet Builder and 6 shirts. I iron all of them at tempeture 310, for 12 seconds. every single one of them got ruined within the first wash

My images (16) was just as the picture that I sent in they where amazing but the only thing was they had forgotten to give me 1 a bigger size and 2 smaller one for youth but I got in touch with them and let them know and they sent me those 3 right away with no charge it was fast and good communication

I have been a loyal Ninja Transfers customer for the last 5–6 years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.

Recently, I had a client who needed their choices of which shirt to go with by Saturday. To make sure we selected the best option, I ordered two white polo shirts from different brands for my client to compare. Unfortunately, one of the items I received on Thursday was incorrect. Knowing my deadline was quickly approaching, I called Ninja Transfers Thursday evening to explain the situation and my concern about not meeting my customer’s deadline.

The customer service representative listened, understood the urgency, and assured me she would do everything she could to help. True to her word, the correct item arrived before noon on Friday!

That is what I call SERVICE.

Because of their quick response and commitment to making things right, my client was able to review both options on time, and my business did not suffer because of the mistake. Anyone can make an error, but what truly matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Ninja Transfers stepped up, took ownership, and delivered.

In today’s world, customer service like this is rare. They didn’t just fix a problem—they protected my reputation with my client.

I am so impressed with this company. Online ordering was easy, and then it arrived so fast! The quality was great and included clear instructions. Very happy. Would definitely use again in the future.

I’ve ordered DTF’s many times and always been happy with them, but this time around I ordered 10 blank sweaters which all were stuffed into a plastic bag that by the time I got it had holes and tears so the sweaters that were exposed got very dirty and luckily no damage. I know this is a shipping company thing but could have been better protected than a simple plastic bag.

Ninja Transfers is soooo legit! I just ordered 2 transfers to check out the quality and I must say, they did not disappoint. The quality and the colors are so bright and vivid. The packaging that it came in was very sturdy and solid. After ordering it arrived in 2 days and I was surprised how quickly it came! They included a bunch of good promotional products and that is a plus. You can tell this is a company that cares about their company brand,product, customers and service. I just wish I had a garment press instead of using an iron to press my shirts that I designed. A little YouTube video tutorial and I got them just right. I will definitely be reordering from Ninja Transfers again!

I wanted to leave this review because I felt compelled to share to everyone how exceptional the customer service is that Ninja has provided to me. Granted, the order was incorrect 3x times and I really wish they had a proof approval option available -- but despite the errors in artwork, Ninja made sure to get it right. And they did so quickly. Very responsive and fast shipping. Overall a great experience and one that makes me confident to continue doing business with the company. Thanks ya'll!

I was looking for stickers to place on coffee mugs for a family function. The Ninja stickers ended up being a perfect solution! I was concerned about some thin lines and small text on a transparent background, but it wasn't an issue. The low cost allowed me to order extra sets for errors or just to put on other things. Not sure how they will hold up after washing, but they seem pretty durable and high quality. They also included some bonus stickers and a squeegee. I'd recommend Ninja Transfers to anyone. 👍

I have to say getting fast response and resolution was greatly appreciated and all companies should do this great. Since they made things right after a hiccup I went ahead and ordered a out 320 in products! Great quality and I can stand behind what I am selling because of them!

This is the first and last time ordering from this company. I ordered prints a week ahead of an event, paid for next day shipping and didn’t get my prints on time. Customer service was no help, not apologetic at all didn’t not care whatsoever. Do not recommend.

I was happy with them with previous orders, and customer service was helpful, but on my last order, they messed up on the size and despite my screenshot to prove they are wrong, they didn't want to fix it. Good before, but bad customer service now. They just lost a loyal customer.

I made a BIG order and late in the day and was worried it wasn't going to get out in time being that they are East Coast but they rocked it out as usual and I just received it in CA. I love how you can call them and get a knowledgeable human on the other end. This is a really hardworking, responsive company who cares about their customers and makes a GREAT product.

Ninja Transfers is a company that I can fully trust to make and ship on time all orders I have placed through them. I paid for next day services for my business and it was delivered before 11am the next day. Highly recommend giving them a shot! Order was correct and the quality is unmatched.

Ninja Transfers is truly one of the best companies I have dealt with. Their prices may be a little higher than some others, but they are worth every penny. The quality is excellent, very professional, and always reliable. Most importantly, their customer service is outstanding. Real customer service, fast, helpful, respectful, and unbeatable. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Ninja Transfers to anyone looking for the highest quality and the best service.

Follow up #2: After contacting Andres from Ninja Transfers directly, he asked for the transcript of my chat with their website customer service representative, as well as pictures of the poor quality DTF Transfers. Before he sent his next email to me, new transfers were already on their way, cleaned up from the misprint. He also escalated my concern regarding the lack of clarity on shipping, and it seems that Ninja Transfers is going to work to make that correction to their checkout process. I wish leaving a bad review wasn't necessary to get this resolution, and that the first agent handled it just as professionally and expeditiously as Andres did, but my situation is now resolved and I'm willing to give NT another chance (albeit being much more focused on image quality and delivery deadlines).

Follow up to their reply: when I spent over an hour today talking to someone from Ninja Transfers on their website, I went through the order process again and at NO POINT does it say the shirts will ship separately OR give me the opportunity to select different shipping for the blanks. NT simply pointed to a $0 line item on the invoice for ground shipping and said this was their way of saying it would ship separately. At literally no point was if stated clearly that my shirts were not part of what I paid for. The customer service rep even admitted their system lacks and is not clear about this. Absolutely nowhere does it differentiate during the check out process the blanks from the transfers. This reply is just another example of NT refusing to take ownership over a massive issue wirh their system and screwing over my business. I have the customer service chat transcript to prove they admitted it, too.

The larger DTF Transfers were folded in half in the envelope, leading to a clear crease in them that could not press out.

Additionally, none of the blank shirts I ordered with them arrived.

When I contacted them regarding the blanks missing, they stated that they don't ship the shirts directly, so they are not at fault for them not being here.

I questioned how they're not at fault, and they said their system does not differentiate what they ship, versus what other vendors ship, no matter what service you pay for.

So, despite me paying an arm and a leg for overnight shipping, they more or less don't give a crap about it and point fingers at other departments of their business, hanging customers out to dry, taking their ludicrous charges for rush service, and literally ignoring the very service that they sold you.

Oh, and the quality is pretty crappy, too.

Box was delivered bent and damaged. Usually I have no problem with my orders however this was smashed and the art was crinkled which compromised the transfer.Ninja Transfers has always come through with great reproductions of my art. This gets 2 stars because of the delivery! Avoid UPS

Just received my gang sheet and the free dtf’s that came with the shirts i purchased. The entire gang sheet prints are screwed up. printing is horrible ! This now completely screws up my chance to make money at our event this weekend. I called and spoke to a lady that said they would reprint and ship out to me in 2 days . she really couldn’t care less my order was screwed up. makes me question their quality control because obviously NO ONE looked at these prints before packaging for shipping !! order # NT- 2067377 . Pics have been sent as requested through email . Make this right!

I am so pleased with this company! This is my first time ever using DTFs. I ordered what I thought was the right size for my project, but I was WAY off. I contacted their customer service and got a same day response. They credited me the amount I spent on the wrong size so I could re-order the correct size. They did not have to do that!! I am so thankful they did because I had a limited budget to work with. It literally saved our project.

When the DTFs arrived, they looked perfect. I went with the pre-cut option which saved me so much time. They organized the different sizes for me in the packaging which made it so easy to grab and press. The final project looks INCREDIBLE and I couldn't be happier. It looks like a professional did it, not a beginner!!
