I am so pleased with this company! This is my first time ever using DTFs. I ordered what I thought was the right size for my project, but I was WAY off. I contacted their customer service and got a same day response. They credited me the amount I spent on the wrong size so I could re-order the correct size. They did not have to do that!! I am so thankful they did because I had a limited budget to work with. It literally saved our project.

When the DTFs arrived, they looked perfect. I went with the pre-cut option which saved me so much time. They organized the different sizes for me in the packaging which made it so easy to grab and press. The final project looks INCREDIBLE and I couldn't be happier. It looks like a professional did it, not a beginner!!

I used the popular size feature to build the transfers. Unfortunately, every size was extremely small and I could not use the transfers. They offered a one time credit of $25 even though I placed two orders. I am highly disappointed and will not patronize their business again.

Ninja Transfers has always delivered my purchases very quickly, and when I had an order not show up, they resent it right away and responded very quickly with amazing customer service. The quality of the transfers is also fantastic.

I had to place a very last minute order for my parents 40th anniversary celebration. I thought I could print these decals at my local maker space and they referred me to Ninja. I am BEYOND impressed in the high quality graphics, ease of application, and the one day expedited shipping actually came earlier than expected. THANK YOU SO MUCH, NINJA! I'm so excited to surprise my parents with the shirts I made and couldn't be happier with the product.

Ninja has excellent customer service my package was sent back by the postal service because they said they couldn't locate my home. I contacted Ninja customer service and they had my package sent out next day by UPS and i received my package with no problem.Thank you so much for all your help

Great customer service and top quality transfers!!

I ordered UV DTF transfers and they were shipped through Amazon’s I never received the order. Ninja was absolutely no help in tracking down or rectifying the situation. While I like NT transfers this service has made me an ex-customer.

Update: Ninja sent out replacement UV DTF's. Unfortunately, I missed my deadline but I will give them 3 stars for at least trying to correct the problem.

Ordered rush order that cost me 28$ extra for my package to sleep 2 FULL days at there warehouse.
What is the point i will only get my package too late because of that.... i really don't recommend.

i contacted them and they told me that it was shipped which was a lie.

I lined them all up and compared them all. All the wholesale sites. You all know the orange & white brands, Bule and Begie brand, just to name a few.
I had 10 windows open on my laptop. I spent over 100s of dollars on test and experiments. I had a problem today with a company that I was using as a back to Ninja with my DTFs. They are "Twisted" as heck. they wouldn't admit fault nor did they compensate me for spending over$230.00 on the largest order ive made with them, and also my last. Everything but a few transfers came out fine. I contacted them and it took a while until I threaten to escalate to my card provider. I decide to use Ninja as my go to. They have the best setup, and the Quality goes hand and hand! I called them with an issue, and they pick up the phone and solved the problem on the spot. I ordered some patches and they came back faster than I expected and they were perfect. I believe it's the best one stop shop. Their T shirts are the cheapest and they do everything that I need for my brand and website.

The t-shirt exceeded expectations. For the price, I anticipated it would be thin. The shirt is not thin, nor thick, it is in between and the ideal weight/thickness for me and I would purchase again!!!

they messe up our order. Offered to redo it and shiip it next day. THe next day came and when it got delivered it wasnt out our inthe box. In order to call to fix te issue you just get placed on hold forver. Its a toll number. I explained the situation and they just said sorry and went about their day.. It costed our company a client and more money. We are so disspointed and will not be using their services again.

Late delivery, argumentive customer service claiming its not there fault but clearly using the provided tracking it left the california location almost 48 hours later. After all that, the complete roll won't adhere and looks like garbage. This is not the ninja prints quality I normally get.

UPDATE #2: I will play/order again
My order was delivered as promised and better than the first batch run as far the quality of print. He explained that I need to ask in key phases next time to get the help I need in editing graphics and "YES" Andre personally offered to help with my do so with my next order. My deadline was met, and senior night was SAVED. I did gain a few grey hairs with this one but I lived to print/bat another day.

Wow I'm stunned. I just got a call from Andre a manager of the local branch. He reached out directly to me to help fix this order. He was completely understanding and apologetic for the way this order was handled and is in the process of making it right. He offered resolutions before I could even ask and understands the priority of a deadline. I will update again when I have success.

3 Strikes and I'm out......
I placed a rather large order a week ago and paid for express shipping. I received the order and half (the entire right side of the gang sheet) of the prints were scratched and marked up making them unusable. I contacted customer support who was quick to respond.(earning the 2 stars) After cutting up the whole order and making a list of what needed to be reprinted (very time consuming BTW) I emailed the list and photos. I was sent a reprint 2 days later and the reprint was wrong. One image was printed with a background that was not on the first order or in the reprint image. Yes they are reprinting again but with shipping, I will not make my deadline for "Senior Night". A once in a lifetime memorable event that I won't have my shirts in time for. Also int he original order was another image that was damaged. I took the opportunity to order a larger image since this item was damaged. I was credited for the original and then reordered the size I needed. I was told in an email that shipping would be taken care of. So I placed the order with free shipping. I then asked that my original express shipping method be honored for this order as well. IT WAS NOT. This item will also miss the deadline and was told there was nothing they could do since I chose standard shipping. Yes I explained and showed them the email stating that they would cover the shipping and they did not seem to care over the phone and said there was nothing they could do. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, which they could not find after putting me on hold. Doesn't look like I will be keeping my "Black Belt" status. Just an awful situation and this is not the 1st order that was screwed up either. You might want to quality check the work of your print distributors. I removed 3 stars from the review for every screw up on this order. 2 stars given for response time in emails including during weekend hours.

The T shirts were great quality and they shipped fast

Received my new order totay... now it's perfect, the color is absolutely perfect. I'll be back for something else soon. Thanks again, your service is GREAT!!!.
