Van ontwerp tot aan het uitleveren van de producten, onze processen zijn er volledig op gericht jou een zo perfect mogelijke wannahave te bezorgen. Of je nu geniet van een intiem samenzijn tijdens een prachtige zonsondergang, ontspant in de tuin, of omringd bent door vrienden tijdens een feest – onze producten dragen bij aan een heerlijke sfeer en helpen je volledig op te gaan in het moment. In 2021 introduceerden we The.Plaid Original, een teddyzachte, draadloze warmtedeken. Deze deken biedt niet alleen comfort en warmte, maar draagt ook bij aan duurzaamheid door het energieverbruik te verminderen. Onze warmteproducten, waaronder warmtekussens en zelfs verwarmde kussens voor huisdieren, laten je ontspannen en genieten van het moment. We noemden het hierboven al even. Service hebben we hoog in het vaandel staan. We behandelen onze klanten zoals we zelf ook graag behandeld willen worden, redelijk, snel en oplossingsgericht. Daarnaast vinden we duurzaamheid belangrijk. Doen wat je binnen jouw mogelijkheden kunt doen.

I got the Seat pad

I got the Seat pad. It came in a smaal box ,well packaged with the high capacity powerbank. Better than the competition. The powerbank was already pre-charged. The size, quality and accessories are better than the competition and you pay a lower price. The Seat pad gives incredible warmth and is of good quality. I can recommend it

Where do I start….-:(((((

Where do I start….?
- from waiting and waiting for the delivery, poor communication and poor customer service….
The Plaid blanket has been my worst purchase EVER!!!! In addition to the company logo saying “ let’s connect & create moments that will not be forgotten”…… they are right as my awful experience will certainly NOT be forgotten -:((((.
I agree with others on Trustpilot that this heating blanket is a waste of money. It only gets lukewarm in about x8 areas. The pocket to hold a heavy power bank is not big enough which is a design fault. Charging this power bank takes far longer than the company states.
I decided to return the item but this has proved to be a nightmare & at the cost of 43 euros postage which the company do not reimburse I am left in an impossible situation. Do not buy !!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.

To clarify a few points: Your order was delivered on time in Spain and we have kept you informed several times about the progress of the delivery. Regarding the heating zones, as indicated in the product description, the blanket is heated in 8 specific zones and not over the entire surface.

Furthermore, we indicate that the power bank is best charged with a 5V/2A plug, as a standard telephone adapter may not be powerful enough. We have also not received any other reports from customers experiencing problems with the power bank pouch.

Finally, we understand that return costs can be annoying. Our general terms and conditions state that the return shipping is at the customer's expense, and this is also clearly communicated upon purchase.
