I ordered an IPL device last Friday…

I ordered an IPL device last Friday with the claim that it would be delivered in 48 hours. According to the post office app, it is still at the stage of label creation indicating that they’ve not actually sent the item. I contacted customer service only to be told that it’s a logistical issue which is not their issue. I don’t believe this. No attempt to solve my issue and the app is still saying label creation. It looks as though this company have taken my money and have not shipped the item, either that or they have lied about their delivery timings. Either way I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be using them ever again.

we’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused and we understand why seeing “label created” can feel worrying, but we want to reassure you that we do not take payment without shipping orders, and we have hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide who receive their devices.

There is also an important clarification about timing: we do not claim “delivered in 48 hours”, we state that we dispatch/ship within 48 hours, meaning the label is created and the parcel leaves our warehouse within that time. The delivery time is separate and is clearly indicated on our website in the dropdown “What are your shipping times”; for the UK, the delivery time we announce is 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Regarding the wording you were given, when support says it’s “not our issue”, what they mean (and how it should have been explained) is that once the parcel has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, the tracking scans and last-mile movement are handled by the carrier, in your case Royal Mail, which is why updates can sometimes lag behind even though the parcel is already in their network.

If you share your order number with us privately via Trustpilot, we will check your shipment right away and give you a clear update on its status.

I haven't used it for long enough to…

I haven't used it for long enough to see the full results yet, as I've only been using it for a few weeks, but I can already say that I've noticed my hair is growing back a lot slower!
It's also really easy and simple to use.

Scam

Notice how this is the only review of all the positive reviews. Said my order shipped two weeks ago, but due to "some logistical issues", the information has not updated. I called Royal Mail, and they have no record of the tracking number provided

Solippy has hundreds of thousands of satisfied customers, and a company running a scam wouldn’t be processing hundreds of thousands of orders — it would be shut down by payment platforms and providers very quickly. You can also see this directly from your order number, which reflects how many customers placed an order before you.

When a tracking number doesn’t show on Royal Mail, it’s often because the parcel is still with the initial carrier or on an route before it is handed over to Royal Mail for the final leg, or there is a delivery/tracking issue that needs a carrier update.

I'm shocked to see this game changer even on thick hair

I honestly didn't think anything could work for me. I have super thick, coarse hair on my legs and hands - the kind that seems to grow back the next day after shaving. I was skeptical when I ordered the Loop by Solippy, but I was also desperate to stop dealing with razor burn, ingrown hairs, and the constant need to shave.
Also, even my sister has the same kind of hair as me and she had the chance to take full body laser treatment from a certified clinic. I have taken more time for writing this review as I wanted to compare with sister's results and also give some time to see to regrowth. Trust me, Loop is the best, this device gave me exact same results as a treatment for less prince.
I'm in love with this. This device is really a game changer. Definitely try this out!!

A+++

I had an unfortunate happening with a delivery, and my product was not delivered at the proper address. Solippy was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I received everything that I ordered, and was in touch with me every step of the way. I must say the product did not disappoint. It's amazing, and so are they; and as I told them, they have won my business for life, this is a class act company!

Amazing product! I recommend!

This works amazingly! I bought it 1 year ago and worked on my bikini line for about 6 weeks, 3x a week. I used to have full regrowth within like 1-2 weeks, and now I only get very thin light hairs like once a year. I absolutely recommend this.

I recommend it

First of all I love the packaging and presentation of the product, so feminine and I love the fact that even if it doesn't work out for you they return money back. For me, it actually worked, I've seen fantastic results, I haven't finished the 12 weeks but I've seen changes. My skin looks smoother than ever
