Suing the NHS after a pandemic - avoid at all costs

I contacted NHSNegligenceclaim after they targeted me with Facebook advertising. I questioned the morality of running advertising campaigns encouraging people to sue an underfunded NHS, already on its knees physically and emotionally after the past year. They deleted my comment, and blocked me without replying.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Dear Adam,

Whilst we respect your opinions, we disagree with your review. Medical Negligence refers to sub-standard medical treatment - the legal test is that to be negligent NO other reasonably qualified doctor would ever have made such a mistake which has DIRECTLY resulted in an injury to the patient.

Many victims of medical negligence in the U.K. suffer untold misery, financial loss and the loss of loved ones due to medical negligence across the NHS.

If you do not appreciate our service, please do not use it. However we will continue to fight for justice on behalf of the many victims of NHS negligence who need legal support to assist them. Often having lost loved ones due to:

- Failure to Diagnose Cancer Negligently
- Negligent Surgical Errors resulting in death and paralysis
- Maternity Negligence resulting in the death of unborn children and severe brain damage to infants.

We provide a vital service to thousands of victims and will continue to do so whether it be against the NHS or any other negligent healthcare provider.

Dismissive and uninterested.

A very rude member of staff (James I believe) was speaking over me and jumping into dismissive conclusions leaving me unable to even explain my claim in full or bring my point across. If they cant listen they won't be successful. Just because I am a female and sound different doesn't mean he can act like he know more than me and cut me off talking or be dismissive or even openly rude.
