Was great in 2023, so glad to have it back!

I was using NEXO in 2023, was incredibly excited to see it come back. I now think of NEXO as "having been around for a while" and for fans of crypto currency as a real alternative to fiats, I'm super glad to see NEXO proving there's reliable financial services in crypto.

So far I’ve had a positive experience…

So far I’ve had a positive experience from the Nexo platform.
I joined in August 2025 and now have all of my crypto safety stored on there platform and I make all my transactions using there platform.
I have a Nexo credit card and recently while overseas a vendor overcharged my card and Nexo were excellent in getting it sorted out.

NEXO is the next generation of lending and borrow of crypto assets and they deserve a shot from everyone who likes this space

I used this platform years ago before all the United States politicians hated us crypto users. I've been waiting for this to allow us back. I will be using NEXO and making YouTube videos giving my positive feedbacks on the excellent platform they provide.

Everything in one place

This can and should be the go-to site for digital assets. The best yield rates in crypto for most coins, loan options, stable coins for holding conservative if you want, and investment tiers that ramp up to many good benefits. Customer service is the best I've ever experienced, and this is over many years.

The loan interest rates are not the best and collateral requirements are steep. But, of course, it is not a good strategy to have maximum leverage anyway. The Nexo token is relatively cheap but it could rise with the USA market being added back.

Highly recommended and head and shoulders better than the centralized alternatives out there, especially Coinbase, Inc.

The best team

Well, I have never seen so much Kindness and reactivity in answering my emails, questions etc.

Misleading definition of exchange rate

When in the review section the exchange rate is being shown it does not represent the final cost of the entire exchange, rather only 1 unit value in the savings wallet.

Meaning instead of £1 cost I had to pay £100, because I exchanged 100 unit of xrp.
I did it in one go, supposed to cost £1 not £100.

What a rip off.... I am very pissed off & disgusted.

It occurs when you swap for paxg. I swapped xrp to paxg.

After reviewing your account, we can confirm that no £100 fee was charged for your transaction. For swaps executed on the Nexo Exchange, a one-time fee of $0.99 per transaction applies to orders between $10 and $100, as outlined in our Help Center. This fee is not charged per unit and does not scale with the number of assets exchanged.

The exchange rate displayed represents the price per single unit of the asset at that moment, while the final execution rate reflects the full order size. Quotes on the Nexo Exchange are sourced from leading cryptocurrency exchanges, where the best available price is determined by order volume, the liquidity of the trading pair, and current market conditions. Orders can therefore be affected by spread and order book depth at the time of execution.

Cryptocurrencies are also volatile, and price movements can occur within very short timeframes. This can result in differences between indicative rates and final execution values, even when swaps are performed within a minute.

We appreciate the feedback and regret that this experience led to such dissatisfaction.

5/5 stars – Exceptional support! They saved my funds

I recently made a mistake by sending crypto to my Nexo wallet using the wrong network. I thought the funds were gone forever, but Nexo’s support team proved me wrong.
From the moment I opened a ticket, the process was fast, effective, and surprisingly efficient. The team responded quickly, asked for the right details (transaction ID, wallet addresses, etc.), and handled everything professionally. Within just a few days, they managed to recover my funds and credit them properly to my account—no endless back-and-forth, no excuses.
I’m genuinely very happy and relieved. This level of customer service is rare in crypto these days. Huge thanks to the Nexo team — Highly recommend Nexo not just for earning on your assets, but also for actually caring when something goes wrong.

Beware the "Spread". It is very expensive!

Until yesterday, I would have probably rated Nexo at 4 or 5 stars.

I have recommended many of my friends and viewers to use it, and there are several hundreds of thousands of pounds on Nexo which came from a direct recommendation from me, and my crypto Youtube channel.

However, a sinister aspect of their platform has come to light, and I aim to warn others before it happens to them.

Nexo will tell you repeatedly that they don't charge fees.

This is a big red herring.

Whoever they use to "convert" on the platform will leave you with up to 10% of your transaction missing.

If you then contact the customer service they will gaslight you by insisting that Nexo charges no fees.

I recently had 2 positions liquidated.

I am not here to complain that they got liquidated. Crypto is a risky business.

However, I will tell you that based on the lowest market price at the time, 10% of the two liquidations went missing.

The cost in fees for these 2 transactions, which Nexo didn't charge me, was around $1000.

They took an already painful position and ramped up the pain.

Then gaslit me on the chat by telling me repeatedly that they had not charged me any fees.

When I asked how that was possible I was only told that the "spread" between buyers and sellers was the difference.

Also, I have noticed the general fee differential on all conversions contains a mysterious spread which costs most people.

If anyone from Nexo ever reads this: you should really be a bit more transparent about this. Or at least stop this "We don't charge fees" nonsense. If money vanishes and people can clearly see this, telling them this will only insult their intelligence eventually.

Also, if you want a recommendation of a service that will convert the currencies at a much lower cost to your customers, I'll be happy to make a recommendation.

Your customers will thank you for it.

My request to retrieve USDT from the…

My request to retrieve USDT from the Tron network that was sent earlier took almost 3 years. Other exchanges, such as Binance, are handling these cases much faster. I appreciate that the USDT amount was eventually credited to my account, even if it took a long time. If the amount had been returned immediately after activation of USDT Tron on Nexo, it would have been a five-star experience.
