Responsive, courteous, and helpful
I contacted support with an issue, got helped right away. Little hassle. Their support staff told me exactly what I needed to do and all was good again.
A broader review on their product:
The best reason not to panic sell.
I have been with them since the pandemic and have been a satisfied customer since.
If I didn't have half my portfolio on this platform during the Terra Luna Crash. I can't imagine where I would have been today. Much better than if they were just sitting in a cold wallet. Especially given that the interest generated from just parking my assets on the platform became something substantial once markets recovered.

Thoughtful customer service many months after a helpdesk call was logged. I honestly thought they had forgotten about my request not to delete a transaction I had mistakenly sent incorrectly.
They found a solution to it and seem to have reversed the transaction.

Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company, if they liquidate your assets they will not only liquidate but the will charge you huge fees for doing so, they have also stated I owe them £5000 from June 2025 of which I have no idea,
and frozen my assets holding them to ransom unless I send them £5000, very sinister and unscrupulous way of working. AVOID them they can just do what they like with your assets with zero accountability.

On 9 July, a USD 5,000 loan was mistakenly disbursed to incorrect bank details and was returned on 10 July. At the same time, the loan was manually repaid, while the GBP equivalent (£3,672.63) remained available in your account, resulting in an unintended credit.
Once this discrepancy was identified, we contacted you with full transaction references and a detailed explanation, requesting the return of the funds so your account balance could be restored to its correct state. This is a standard compliance and reconciliation process and not a fee, liquidation charge, or arbitrary demand.
Your assets are not “held to ransom,” nor can we act without accountability. Any temporary restrictions applied are solely to prevent further imbalance while the error is being resolved, in line with our terms and regulatory obligations.
We remain open to resolving this matter amicably and encourage you to continue communicating with our support team so it can be concluded promptly and fairly.

I have been a client for 8 years. Must say never there were any issues to access funds or withdraw funds. App is easy to use and have a lot options for trading. Certainly high quality chrypto may form. I used others was discounted. They increase offer and products and this very interesting. Certainly a platform to recommend.

I had an issue to adding my card to Apple pay wallet, I did not get the verification code on my phone. I contacted the Nexo support, they answered very quickly and provided all information that I needed. Nexo contacting support was very responsive, kind, professionally and quick to response. A recent phishing attempt Caught by NEXO security
A recent phishing attempt to drain my account was recognized and stopped by the great security measures at NEXO. They immediately notified me and set in motion certain restrictive requirements to gain access to the assets. They helped me restart my account with different security measures. My funds are intact, and I couldn't be happier!
