Highly recommend new home quality control. Stefan was friendly professional and knowledgeable in explaining his findings. The inspection was well worth having both for peace of mind and to ensure the house is finished to the correct standard. The report was detailed and presented in a logical and clear format which makes it easy for us and the developer to track each item to completion. All admin dealt with quickly and without fuss. Good comms throughout. Highly Recommended.

Had the pleasure of meeting Glen who inspected my new build property on the 29th June.
He was extremely thorough in his inspection as well as talking me through any significant issues he'd found.
Due to uncontrollable circumstances, he arrived 2.5h later than expected, so would be prudent to book out the entire day for the inspection.
Only improvement I'd like would have been to be sent a paper copy of the report as is required by the housing developers to correct any issues.

Paul was absolutely fantastic, on time and just got on with it. He’s found so many things we wouldn’t hadn’t even noticed. So worth the money & he was very easy to talk, such a great down to earth guy and and explained everything in detail. The report is brilliant & we can give this straight to the developer now. We had Johnny attend our property on Sunday who was great, very friendly and informative with various issues around our new build home. We’re very happy with the quality of the documentation provided and the level of detail that has been taken with photos etc that we never would have noticed!

We came across New Home Quality Control from TikTok! I knew way before our completion date I wanted this company, and they didn't let me down. Fantastic, prompt, organised and friendly. Rhys was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and had our best interests at heart. Tony came to carry out my post completion snagging inspection for my new build property. As I am a solo purchaser I wanted to be aware of any issues that I may need to report to the developer. Thankfully there weren’t any major issues, but Tony was very thorough, and reassuring. I would highly recommend this company and Tony.

Received five star service from this company from the minute I engaged with them. Were incredibly flexible when I had to change the date. Helen carried out a thorough snagging inspection (sadly highlighting over 100 issues) many I wouldn’t have noticed myself. Am so grateful as the builders now have a very comprehensive report with photographs. Am considering asking Helen to return to undertake a re inspection after works have been carried out. I truly believe this report has given me the leverage I need to make sure new build is in a much better condition ahead of completion date. Whilst this may appear a lot of money, it is money very well spent.

Easy and responsive process from quote to report. Reasonable price and flexible where possible on snagging date. Reports are well detailed and highlight every issue. I noticed a few bits when I had a walk round with builders and I wouldn't have noticed most of the items identified. Glad I paid for this service.

Highly recommended if you need a pre completion inspection. Managed to find 52 issues with my new build home. Some of the issues I would not have found myself, as I would need to know the regulations. I would use them again. The report was detailed and included photo evidence.

Very quick and professional responses. Survey was extensive and highlighted cosmetic issues that would not have been actioned until after completion of the sale otherwise including glazing issues that required attention before move in date
