Fraudulent company

Appalling customer service. I ordered an item which was in their sale. When I tried to return it they advised they do not accept returns on sale items despite it saying this nowhere on their website. In fact, in the terms and conditions, it clearly details their returns policy as follows:

“There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days
- Bikini briefs and socks are non returnable due to hygiene reasons”

They are a fraudulent company and I’d advise avoiding at all costs.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. I ordered the black zip up set October 27 and its now December and have yet to receive my order. After multiple emails I have yet to have a clear answer as to when my order will be shipped. Really poor customer service too as I have asked for a refund multiple times now as it is taking too long and can only get one once my order arrives but I don't know when this will be, if it ever arrives.

2 months and still NO order or follow up

It has been two months and I have NOT received my item. I have not even received any follow up to my requests on my order. First time customer and definitely a last time customer. My experience has been horrible. I am out of money and no order.

I bought a dark plum two piece zip up…

I bought a dark plum two piece zip up workout jacket and leggings, I pre ordered it so I had to wait quite a while to get it but that was fine. When it arrived it was a completely different colour than advertised, it was not dark plum but red. It’s a nice colour and seeing as I’d waited so long I haven’t asked for a refund but it’s not what I ordered. The zip on the jacket is also bad quality and keeps catching, it feels like it could break easily. I wouldn’t have spent that money on them if I’d known the quality wouldn’t be that great.

DO NOT BUY

Ordered a set almost 4 weeks ago when delivery time was said to be “2-5 days” upon purchase. I’ve emailed twice asking about an expected delivery date for my order and was fed absolute nonsense about my order getting shipped out in “the next few days”. I AM DISGUSTED by this poor service. I would ask for a refund but that would probably take 10 years for it to be processed. Not ordering from here again. What a waste of time!

TERRIBLE. Hides negative reviews online

Honestly wouldn’t be leaving this if it wasn’t for the fact they DELETED my comment on their Instagram post asking about my order. Which I placed 6 WEEKS ago and have not received, not had one email to say it was going to be late. Had one email saying it was going to be shipped first week of November yet here I am on the 24th and still nothing & not even an email to let us know. Have seen them delete other customers comments asking about their missing orders as well. They did not state any where on their website that the stock wasn’t immediately available.
Really poor behaviour from the company, terrible customer service. Will be asking for my money back, AVOID.

Just to follow this up it’s now 2nd January, my order was placed in October and I have had nothing. Got an email saying my order shipped 19th December with no tracking number? And nothing has turned up. Dodgy company.

Cute clothes but terrible customer service

Customer service is terrible.
The Tracking Device does not work.
One day after my Order should have arrived (which it didn’t) they send me an email that one of the pieces was not in stock, which they could have notified me about earlier.
I do not want to send it back, cause I have to pay taxes for doing so.
I would like to get a refund for the shipping + the free shipping, to send it back, if this doesn’t happen, I will not be able to recommend ordering from NEU apparel.
Because now I have sports bra that doesn’t go with any other piece in my wardrobe.
After this experience I do not plan on ordering off this website again.

Was told 2-5 days for order on august…

Was told 2-5 days for order on august 7th…. It’s now been a month and I am still waiting. I’ve been given 2 different Hermes tracking numbers…. Both items have been ‘delayed’ and not changed in days.
Do not order if your looking for a quick service. Reluctant to whether I will ever receive my items????? Infuriating…

NEU products usually take ages to…

NEU products usually take ages to arrive but this time was super quick. Their leggings are best quality and the jumper is super nice too. Very cute company ran by women for women.

More than two months and have yet to receive order

I ordered in June (June 25th to be exact). It is now September 1st and when I click on my tracking link (which I finally got after sending multiple emails) it still says “pending”. I’ve literally lost weight since I’ve ordered so now I’m scared my order won’t even fit and I’ve tried to cancel but no response. Really disappointed cause the clothes look so good!

Endless delivery times and then order cancellation

Ordered a gift for a friends birthday as I had ordered before and had a good experience. However, the order wasn’t shipped so after nearly two weeks of it still not being shipped, I sent them an email which they responded to with a number of excuses none of which really explained why. After a whole month of it not being shipped and numerous emails from me asking where it is, my order was cancelled and refunded. They also gave me a 20% discount which was less than the discount on the website when I ordered it. A few weeks later I thought I’d give them a second chance and use the code but once again it’s been nearly 2 weeks and still not been shipped and I don’t expect it ever will. Don’t recommend ordering from here if you actually want to receive any orders.

Amazing quality, poor service

I’ve ordered from here twice, my boyfriend 3 times on behalf of myself. Each time the delivery has been absolutely atrocious. Don’t get me wrong, I love the clothes and the quality but delivery time and reply’s to emails are poor. Paying £50+ on an order, waiting two and a half weeks and it’s not been sent to Hermes yet.
