Ordered on November 26th

Ordered on November 26th. Didn’t hear anything so emailed to ask and they told me there were supply shortage? Finally got half my order on the 22nd of Dec. Emailed about the rest and just got an automatic email. Emailed again and nothing. All their socials and website is down. Wrote to the founder (Rebecca Scott) on LinkedIn and she just told me to contact PayPal and the company no longer exists. Luckily I did use PayPal so hopefully it will be sorted.

DISAPPOINTED LOYAL CUSTOMER

Pretty much here to reiterate what everyone else has said.

No responses, no confirmation of dispatch. Website was still taking orders and I’ve had a good experience and loved the products in the past :( sad to have been scammed.

Have reported to watchdog to see if we can get any support with this.

So I just found out that the company…

So I just found out that the company isn't trading anymore and not because the company informed us or anything. The founder–Rebecca Scott– claims that they've been letting us know via instagram and emails which is simply not true. The really messed up part is that they were taking orders up until recently knowing full well that they were not gonna fulfill the orders. There is a word for people like that and I really hope that the people involved get what they deserve. Taking advantage of people that have trusted in you and your business is shameful and deplorable. The honorable thing to do would be to address this disastrous situation and take responsibility. I'm calling you out Rebecca Scott and anyone else involved. Do better.

I contacted the founder and the company…

I contacted the founder and the company has gone under and according to her there are automated messages letting us all know that, which is total bs. For the longest time I have been trying to contact them and I’ve had zero luck. They’ve deleted comments and kept all of us in the dark and that is unacceptable. I quite frankly do not care that they have ‘ceased trading’ and just care that they’ve failed to treat us, their customers, with even an ounce of respect. As a last resort I contacted the founder and she met me with aggression for asking for what is rightfully mine- a refund. At this point I don’t know what else to do all I know is that due to the attitude this company has shown, maybe they’ve themselves lead to their own demise.

Scam

Really upset about this as I have ordered with them before in the past and everything has been great and super lovely quality!

But my recent experience has been awful - I placed a large order over a week ago now and I have still not received a parcel. I sent an email for updates a few days ago and have still not gotten a response. This morning I wanted to check their Instagram and I found that both their page and website are gone… Starting to think this last warehouse sale was a scam. Very disappointing as they were one of my favorites.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!
Have been waiting three 3 for delivery to no prevail. Apparently my order has been shipped but the tracking link doesn’t work. I have sent multiple emails we no reply. Luckily I paid via PayPal so have requested my funds be refunded through them.I have just noticed this evening their website is also closed. Very suspect!!

0 stars!!!! Thieves!!

Placed an order on 16 Dec ready for Christmas, 21 Dec I asked for an update on delivery as I had paid extra for delivery - was told they were experiencing a delay.
To this date I have sent 5 emails and never had a single response, and still NOT received my item. Complete and utter thieves!!!!

APPALLING DO NOT USE

APPALLING customer service, my advice is dont order from this merchant. Should really let people put no stars as 1 is generous
order placed 23rd Nov for a xmas present, received an email on 2nd dec saying they had 'global supply chain issues' i said fine just please make sure delivered in good time for xmas as its a present.
13th dec i receive another email saying 'We have had to send some of staff to collect the stock from the depot at Fedex as there has been such a shortage of drivers to deliver the stock'
so I decided to cancel and get a refund. Still nothing to this day - no item or refund. Luckily i bought with AMEX and they stepped in and credited my account and said they will deal with it from here.
DO NOT USE - SCAM, really are a waste of time scam artists

They have ceased trading! Ask bank for refund!

Ordered on 15/12/21 website said 3-5 working days for delivery. No sign of order. I emailed them and got an automated response saying "please allow 5 working days for a response" still had no response. Got an email saying it had been dispatched with tracking number "none". Wondering if i'll ever receive my order. Please hire more customer service staff it will help you a lot!

Disappointing. Had a lot of potential.

The first time I ordered with them was in early 2018. I had no problems with them, good delivery and great quality material. The clothing is still one of my favourites to wear to this day. I saw they were having a sale recently so decided to order again. This time, I’ve had no response after emailing and dming them on social media, and it appears a lot of others have had the same problem. Luckily I used Klarna pay later for the order so I won’t be charged until the order has been delivered. It’s a shame because the clothing is great quality and stylish, but recently have just not delivered (literally).

I felt easier reading the recent reviews that are all concerned at how awful this companies communication is, before you even get to product quality, order fulfilment and customer support!

16th November, I ordered around £60 worth of items, paid for 2-5 day delivery (hahaha- deilvery was meant to be free but nevermind, it is the least of my worries now).. i gave the company the benefit of the doubt and only contacted them after a month of waiting and silence. I GOT AN ANSWER - they had been experiencing delays and part of my order has arrived so i could have my items sent out as 2 orders, wait or process a return..... When i went back and asked how can i process a return without having anything to physically return i was left with silence.

to date i emailed 4 times & messaged on Instagram and will be contacting my band to try and get a refund as this is a scam !

Absolutely disgraceful- hope you go bankcrupt....

AVOID !

Don’t order from NEU ! Unfortunately, when clothes arrived they felt cheap and smelt bad. I therefore requested a return, 2 months on still have not received my refund, with no communication from customer service.

Avoid - order never arrived

Purchased a set of leggings and a sports bra from their new range. When I enquired about when the order would arrive after a week I was told that I had bought from the pre-order selection (this wasnt on their website) give it another month and still no order.. chased again several times and the goal post is constantly being moved. It's been 2.5 months, £70 later and I still dont have my gym wear.

I bought leggings that never arrived

I bought leggings that never arrived. Emailed them and they never even responded with an apology or anything! Leggings have now arrived long long overdue (especially as I payed for postage!) but I have gone home now so will not get them for a couple of months. Poor poor service!

Terrible experience ordering with Neu

Terrible experience ordering with Neu. I ordered during their sale at the beginning of December for my fiancé as Christmas presents and after receiving no information for 10 days, I eventually received a message saying they’ve sent out my order. And this is the last contact I’ve had. Nearly a month later and still no order.

No update, no apology, no explanation, no service.

Avoid at all costs.
