Ordered Ralph Lauren boxers for a stocking filler for my son!
No delivery, communication does not exist - emailed, phoned and chat all ignored!
I’m livid and disgusted at how they take your money but don’t provide the goods that I PAID FOR
I’ll be making sure people I know don’t use this scamming site!

Ordered 23 Nov, order didn’t arrive as advised, when I reached out after deliver date had passed (3 December) I was told it had already been refunded and would take a few days for the refund to arrive. No explanation for the cancelled order/refund and the refund never arrived (18 December)… website is a total scam!!

FAO Customer Service Team Misterbrief….

I placed an order for Calvin Klein underwear on 14/11 and £45.98 was taken from my account at the time of order. Order no. 3300
To date I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my order. Despite sending 2 e mails and making a phone call to the website contact number, leaving a voicemail, I have not had a response.
This may not seem like a lot of money to some but it is for me especially as I have been off sick with a broken wrist for 8 weeks. This order was a Xmas gift for my sons which I will now not have to give them.
Please can you issue me with a FULL REFUND of monies paid to you on 14/11 as soon as possible.
Looking forward to hearing from you promptly rather than no response.

SCAM SCAM SCAM
Do not use this site! I am sure the good reviews on here must be fake?
I bought some items and what arrived was absolute rubbish! The packaging was all ripped and damaged and the items look fake.
I contacted the customer service team who offered me a partial refund which I accepted just to resolve the issue quickly and it still hasn’t arrived so will be contacting my bank and requesting a refund via them.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I ordered a pack of Ralph Lauren briefs for a gift over two weeks ago on a 2-3 day delivery and have received absolutely nothing. I contacted the customer service team to arrange for a refund and have also heard nothing. This was a lot of money for me to spend, especially at this time of year, and I could have put that money to another gift. Very disappointed, save your money and go elsewhere!! Misterbrief I would like my money back please.

Completely terrible company

Completely terrible company , have not received my order, have tried to report it but message comes up saying order number not recognised along with my email . Received text with the order number so correct . Trying to cancel the order as still not arrived but cannot get any response from this dreadful company . Scammers

Please don’t use Misterbrief

Please don’t use Misterbrief. I ordered boxer shorts and received a confirmation txt message with a four digit order number but no email, which I felt was strange. The link on the message took me to an order summary/the website and showed my shipping details etc. I felt something was wrong and I’ve had no reply to the emails or messages I sent from the online message system on the website. Also, you can’t get a response to the online chat option. A friend found a contact number for Misterbrief and when I asked this person for an update on my order, I was informed that my order was missing a digit. I then provided screenshots of my order and was told that this was a different website to Misterbrief, although my order has Misterbrief on it and takes me directly to their website from the link, I was told it was Wizvape! No, I didn’t order vapes🤷‍♂️! The person was trying to help (not) and sent me a screenshot of the ‘other website’ and messaged me to say I can contact them with an arrow pointing to an email address that was for Misterbrief with Misterbrief written in the corner. How does that work coss it clearly wasn’t showing anything to do with Wizvape. I should of checked first coss I wouldn’t of placed the order if I had seen the other reviews, after all, that’s what they are there for. If you are thinking of placing an order with Misterbrief, how about you try to contact them first to see if you get a reply.

Don’t shop at misterbrief

Purchased 4 x packs of Calvin Klein low rise trunks, goods arrived quite quickly but they were not low rise, they were classic fit. I queried this and immediately they came back apologising for the confusion and offered a full refund or 50% off if I kept the classic fit. I accepted the discount by return email. I am now being ghosted on email and their online chat. What a way to treat genuine customers.
I am raising a case on trading standards now as I am also suspicious that these are genuine.
After many emails and messages on their chat, misterbrief finally made the partial refund, but only after I told them I had raised a chargeback with my bank.
There was never any miscommunication on my part, my order is clear any miscommunication was with misterbrief.
Matter is now closed but won’t be using them again.

Avoid this website, fake product and no refund

I ordered Calvin Klein trunks from Misterbrief because the price looked cheaper than Amazon. When they arrived, I could see straight away the quality was not right. The stitching, waistband, and fabric looked different from the genuine pair I already own. Even the colour and fit felt off.

I checked their website and saw they do not allow returns once underwear is opened, which is ridiculous because you can only find out it is fake after opening it. Their customer service gave no reply at all, not even an acknowledgment.

It is a shame that a UK website is selling fake items and ignoring customers completely. Be careful and buy only from trusted or official retailers.

I’ve been waiting over a week for…

I’ve been waiting over a week for someone to reply to me. I’ve sent 5 emails, attempted their live chat 4 times & submitted 2 requests via their website. No one has contacted me. I have made an order on the 7th of…

I have made an order on the 7th of September. They stated it will take 2-3 days. When I went on the site to view my order it said the package shipped 11th. They said they will email me when the package shipped nothing has been sent to my email. This is a birthday present and they playing smh. They don’t even have a contact number. I’ve sent numerous emails and try customer service no reply. Smh hope it’s not a waste of my money.
