Got referred from a friend to sign up for Netgem as there are loads of sports channels I can watch for free. I didn't want a costly service as I don't watch TV much so this little box is perfect. Simple app store download too so so now I can take my channels with me!

The service provided was outstanding
The service provided was outstanding, particularly with the initial setup assistance. I have noticed a significant improvement in the interface since I began using the service. I am impressed with the number of channels included in the service as well as all the number of apps. The design of the box is also really nice and fits any room. Would definitely recommend.

Netgem is simply amazing
I signed up to Netgem as I was advised I could use my Prime account for videos via the box rather than on my phone. Little did I know for a tenner a month I would get so many amazing channels. I absolutely love rugby and Netgem has The Rugby Network channel which I can also watch via their app! Incredible!!

I have used netgem for a few years and…
I have used netgem for a few years and the remote was slowly getting worse until I.couldn't switch the tv box on. I messaged netgem about it and after a few emails back and forth ( netgem were assertaining the problem) I received an email to say that a new remote was in the post. It arrived the day after I was told that they were replacing it which surprised me knowing how slow the post is sometimes. The whole thing from me reporting the fault to receiving a replacement was only a couple of days !

Love the variety! Everything in one place, something for every mood and occasion 😊
I really like streaming, there’s lots of choice in one place, iPlayer, ITVX (loads of good, new stuff), fantastic quality!! There’s also lots of things that are much harder to find. When I don’t know what to watch, I flick to WeDo movies or one of the arts channels and completely relax! It has a massive selection. That’s why the film channel is my go to for relaxing.
I like a bit of the footy as well and I’m impressed at the variety of sports! You can get lost in the variety. It’s great 😊

I have recently stopped my Sky TV…
I have recently stopped my Sky TV subscriptions as wasn't getting the benefit for the monthly cost. I just watch TV differently nowadays and wanted live TV and on demand apps. The way I can control the Netgem box with my mobile is really useful. I think the way the menu is displayed is really user friendly and really love the seasonal recommendations all in one place. For the price it packs a massive punch. Plus the box is small and streamline and is subtle!
