It all worked well till I lost a job two months ago, now I’m working I will contact you to continue with my payments.

The website is all very user friendly
However, the investment options could be better. I'd like to see an option for a non managed global index fund with significantly reduced fees.

I’ve been with Nest since 2019 and my experience has been excellent. Recently, they helped me transfer my pension savings from two previous employers, and the whole process was smooth, straightforward, and completed successfully.
I’m now self-employed and have continued paying into my Nest pension because I trust them. Everything is easy to manage, and I’ve always felt well looked after as a customer.
I’d definitely recommend Nest to anyone thinking about their future and wanting a reliable pension provider. Looking after your pension may not seem important today, but you’ll be glad you started when the time comes. Thank you, Nest!

I've been a Nest member since 2021, and my experience has been very positive. Making contributions, including recent top-ups, has been straightforward and hassle-free. The online account is easy to use, and I appreciate being able to keep track of my pension savings. Overall, Nest has provided a reliable and simple pension service, and I'm happy with the experience so far. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-manage workplace pension.

NEST make it easy to top up funds / switch funds and generally manage my pension.
I've been impressed with the fund performance over the last few years.

Knowing i had funds to rely on with easy access after years of paying in. Although not a large amount was deducted from my earnings I added extra money monthly and watched my pension pot grow

I am giving Nest 1 star because I am extremely disappointed with the lack of choice over where my pension funds are invested.
For something as important as retirement savings, I would expect far more flexibility, transparency and control. Instead, the investment options feel very limited, leaving me with little confidence that my money is being managed in a way that reflects my preferences or values.
I am also very unhappy with the fee structure. Nest charges on contributions when money is paid in, and then also charges an annual management fee on top. To me, this feels like being charged twice, first to put money into the account, and then again every year for having it there. Over time, that compounds the pain and reduces the value of long-term savings.
Pensions should make people feel secure and empowered about their future. Unfortunately, my experience with Nest has left me feeling the opposite: restricted, frustrated and unconvinced that members are getting enough choice or value.
Based on the lack of investment flexibility and the double-layered charging structure, I would not recommend Nest.
