Booked a cruise on Facebook messenger with need that cruise to the Caribbean
Everything was dealt with very professionally and question always answered when I had them.
Would definitely book again ( in fact already have)

Leanne and the team are amazing. Respond very quickly and on hand to ensure everything in place for your holiday whether this is evening, weekend or bank holidays. No call centres or waiting on hold was able to message directly which makes a massive difference and more personal. Leanne managed to get me an amazing deal for our next cruise and I'm really appreciative of her customer service. Thank you so much again!

This is the second time that I have booked with Jack and his team.

Communication is absolutely excellent, Jack himself is a top man, makes everything seem so seamless.

Also, being available outside of regular hours was a big plus for me - I seen the cruise of my dreams and contacted Jack who manages to secure it for me at an amazing price.

Would highly recommended to all, this is the only way I will be booking future cruises.
