Dan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient during the booking process.

First of all the not so good - I had a very long wait on hold until eventually there was an opportunity to leave a message which I did
Now to the good - I received a helpful informative email about 2 hours later which answered my question

I had medical issues on board involving 3/4 trips to on board Drs and a trip to shoreside hospital in Rio.
Our flights home were via LHR to MAN but not until 7pm with an 55 minute transfer
Because of my medical situation I couldn’t face waiting at Barcelona. I made enquiries on line etc. There was a direct flight due at 5 ish. 2 hours difference may not seem much but to me it was worth every penny.
Anyway Andy at CM worked wonders in changing our flights and couldn’t possibly have done more to resolve my stressful situation.
I highly recommend dealing with CM for all cruise holidays

James dealt with my query (Payment) even though it was a Saturday afternoon, I rang the office several times but the message stated that it was closed on a Saturday and Sunday for payment.
James rang me back to see if he could help and took my payment for me.
