Quality product and customer service

So the device is great. It’s easy to use, easy to clean. It’s great to use daily on the go. I would recommend the smell proof stash bag pack I got on Amazon if moving around with ur vape as it has a smell proof bag for the device and a nice silicone cover that stops the heat on ur hand so much.

My experience with customer service is also great. I had to claim the warranty. This process was unbelievably smooth and done through WhatsApp.

A genuine 5* experience from the start!

still waiting for the delivery!!!

ok for the answer time, they are kind and availables but not very well on the precision about info, i'm still waiting for the delivery after 15 days from the payment...and noones knows where is the box or when it will arrive, shipment from germany to italy.

Great company and a fantastic product.

Shipping was too expensive for small…

Shipping was too expensive for small items and items are never in stock. Website does not update fast enough even though staff say item is in stock. For a new product, I find it hard to get any replacement items.

Perfect dry herb vaporiser

Really good product. Out all of the dry herb vaporisers we have tried these are by far the best quality and amazing value for money. Customer service is amazing and really quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

I had a small problem but Nectar were prompt to make it right for me, I can only recommend them.

I will never place orders with you again

ORDER NUMBER #48416 - I made an order and paid for it 22 days ago!!!

1. You can’t send crumbles and didn’t reflect it on your website at the time of order - it allows you to pay for orders that can’t be sent - it shouldn’t be like that.

2. You did not take any action with my order for 2 weeks until I myself offered you to replace the missing goods and send the order without them. You didn’t take any initiative, but just enjoyed getting paid for my order.

3. You promise delivery 2-3 days, but in fact the delivery is another 2 weeks after sending! It’s been 8 days, my order has not yet been delivered. You deceive customers with delivery times, and you don’t try to compensate them for it. It’s a consumer deception. That’s not what self-respecting firms don’t do.

4. And also, companies that respect themselves and their customers always compensate for all the inconveniences so that the client is satisfied! You don’t care about your customers.

5. I asked you for an invoice with my corrected order several times to see what exactly you sent and how much money you returned back to the card. But I didn’t receive a corrected invoice or a refund. Not your order.

I purchased the Nectar Hex in August

I purchased the Nectar Hex in August. The resin trap is supposed to be magnetic to keep it attached to the mouth piece but it fell out onto the floor whilst I was unpacking. One of the little feet that should help hold it in broke off straight away making it difficult when trying to attach the lid and the oven. For someone who has arthritis in both hands this can be extremely tricky at times. I contacted Nectar customer services regarding this and they assured me a replacement resin trap would be sent out. I have contacted them several times since, as I still haven't received one and each time they have various excuses from Amazon closing the account so they can't send it, to insufficient stock. I await in anticipation this will be resolved so I can use the device!

Very easy to buy and quick delivery

Very easy to buy and quick delivery. Communication on delivery could be better I.e. not able to track parcel so was left outside in rain as I wasn't in however no damage to product so a minor issue
