Terrible experience, they cancelled my order twice, saying after taking payment,that the one product is out of stock in their supplier. No response for my question. Also delivery for one product took 2 weeks to reach me and the approximate time says 3-4 working days , nowhere info that the product is from Spain . Not recommended at all!

I ordered some fine sea salt packets and when they arrived two of the packets were damaged open and quite a lot of salt has spilt in the packaging box .I wrote an email to them asking for a replacement and there was no reply and then after waiting for a few days I also filled and sent a contact form regarding this but still no reply.

This is my email - one of many requesting my goods. 6 weeks later my goods worth €84.71(!) still have not arrived. This is daylight robbery. I've submitted multiple forms - no response to my most recent. This is surely illegal ? Very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I've sent 2 online "delivery management" forms (the text of which is below) via your website to you as follows one on July 17th and again another on July 31st. I've had no reply to the last form submitted. I have been very patient. I want my refund of €84.71. I will write a very negative review of your service online and make a complaint if I don't hear from you urgently. This is unacceptable and amounts to stealing from your customer who made this purchase in good faith which is illegal and in breach of my statutory rights as a customer.

Was concerned at first when I saw the reviews. I did initially think they had a UK warehouse and the cheap postage costs seemed to confirm my view. When I realised the tracking journey started off in Spain I was concerned about additional charges and costs and slow delivery. However delivery has been just over a week and all items arrived in good condition. My Husband is a exiled Gran Canarian so to be able to get his Gofio sent over was a godsend. Didn't order too many products as wanted to test the water but happy now and will certainly order more on my next purchase.

One of the items I ordered - hair conditioner - arrived with a broken pump. I am sure that happened due to poor packaging as all items (three bottles with food supplements, one bottle of shampoo and one bottle of hair conditioner) were loose in the box. No response to emails. Will not order from them again.

The store collaborates with a terrorist country by selling their products, thereby funding the killing of innocent people. This store supports a country that kills women and children every day.

I wanted to buy vitamins for myself, but I was very indignant when I saw in the list the products produced by a country that today bombs the civilian population. It is the height of hypocrisy to declare itself as a company that strives to reduce the environmental impact of our actions, and at the same time cooperates with a country that daily erases kilometers of living nature from the face of the earth by burning everything to nothing.

Placed an order in June for 6 boxes of protein powder - they arrived with the box inside a huge Royal Mail plastic sack, with half the product loose in the bottom of the plastic sack. The delivery box had split in 3 places, the lids/bottom of 3 protein powder containers had come apart.
I filled in complaint form & sent photographs of damage & loose product in response to their request email.
I have chased them several times by email, sending photographs again but to no avail. I have heard nothing since their request for photographic proof.
THIS MUST BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD.

Update: I should have checked Trustpilot reviews before purchasing large amount of expensive organic product. No problem with product, but after reading other reviews, it seems Naturitas is a highly disreputable company.

I recently purchased marine collagen powder from Naturitas, and I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The collagen powder has an unpleasant, beefy taste that makes it unbearable to consume. Despite their claims of high quality, this product is anything but. To make matters worse, when I contacted Naturitas with detailed feedback and pictures, they completely ignored my email. It's clear that they don't care about their customers or the quality of their products. I won't be buying from Naturitas again and would advise others to steer clear as well.

Some big scammers those guys! I mean, BIG!
So: I order some alkaline water from them. On the website it says £7something for delivery. OK, I said to myself. Proceed to the checkout and....drumroll please, the delivery between 26-31 July was TWENTY-FOUR POUNDS!!!!! For 12 bottles of water, priced at £14!!!!
SCAMMERS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Loved this company! Did a few big orders. Putting together another big order. Dipping in and out of my basket I'd notice a product had gone up and not by a few pence. Eg; 2 jars of honey added late last night £14 turned into £16.64. Another product went from £13 to £17. 100g of Guarana powder is now £10.60!!! Not completing on £110,00 order. Sorry Naturitas but you really need to stabalise your prices. The honey going up within a few hours tipped me over the edge.

I received my order but it was the wrong product. I asked for the returns details and I followed the instructions to a T. When I sent a follow up email they played dumb and said they sent the goods and it had been received. I explained that I sent back the items and showed proof of the items being sent back. I’ve heard nothing since. Naturitas I want my refund. I have sent the items back!

I don't usually leave reviews, but after seeing the many unfair reviews about Naturitas, I felt compelled to share my personal experience. I placed an order on June 27th and received a confirmation email immediately. The next day, I got another email with a tracking number, indicating my order had shipped. I could track its journey to the UK, but once it cleared customs, there was a delay of five business days.

After reading some of the reviews here, I became anxious. I filled out the contact form on the Naturitas website, explaining the situation to their customer support team, but honestly didn't expect a response. To my surprise, they contacted me the same day, a Saturday no less (thank you, Paula!), and reassured me there was a slight transit delay. I’m not sure if they reached out to the shipping company, but my parcel started moving again right after I contacted them.

My order arrived today, about a week and a half after the purchase date, and I couldn't be happier with it. I’d like to thank Naturitas for making it possible to order products that aren't available for purchase here.

I paid a premium shipping fee only to have the package left at the door in bits. I have lost over £20 and despite regular follow up to the company, I receive no response.

I placed an order last week and I've just received it, service was fast and effective, I got the items I ordered, they were well packaged and I had no issues with anything. I had got worries after reading the many negative reviews on here, but my experience has been 100% positive, I will use this site again to order products I cannot find anywhere else in the UK.

They took money from my bank account twice , then only gave me one payment back , and I still have not received any items! Definitely not recommending this company to anyone ,

Ridiculous website!
I purchased three products from them, unfortunately, the parcel got stolen as the dumbass Royal Mail driver left the package in plain sight during the day.
After two months of trying to chase both Naturitas and Royal mail, they said they can't do anything about it and offered me a 5£ discount coupon. Hilarious. Do you think I would buy from you again?

Ordered on 22 March, almost a month passed by with no product or communication from the company. Moreover the delivery fee is 8£ and should be tracked 48h, what a joke. This custumer support has no phone number or chat, when you complete a online form they don't even give you a receipt, so could be just an placebo effect. If you want to receive what you buy, choose another merchant.

Just got my delivery! After reading reviews on here I was very scared! Though they always replied to my request for info by filling in the form, and the tracking was also good. Everything arrived, the correct items too. I spent £65! Just took 12 days!

I made an order more than 3 weeks ago. Not only I never received it but I have tried contacting the company 4 times and they never responded. I spent £190 on this order.... can you believe this? I don't even know what to do at this point. Have I just lost all that money? Please don't order from them...
