The headstone that we ordered was for my dad. We wanted a special picture and wording. I sent them the information and they were very compassionate to our request!!! They even called us to confirm and make sure all was exact as ordered! They kept up informed and even made sure we had plenty of advanced notice of delivery time. I have referred National Monument several times since then and each person was grateful and just as pleased as we were. When the monument arrived, it was exactly as ordered, my family and I were very pleased! Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier!!

Beautiful stone and fast shipping at a great price

I searched online for a reasonable priced headstone site after my mother passed away. What I loved about this company was that once you picked the headstone itself, the type of font for the wording, the decorative graphics and typed in what you wanted on it, etc, you got to see what the actual finished product was going to look like. This enabled me to email a pic to my siblings for their approval before finalizing my order.
It turned out awesome and I got to talk to the person who actually carved it too!
Go with this company, you won't be disappointed.

The customer service was excellent making ordering the headstone easy. The design dept was timely in sending a proof and follow ip was easy. Turn around time was perfect and the pricing could not be beat. When the headstone arrived it looked like something you would pay 3 or 4 times more than what we paid.
If i ever need anothet headstone, i will use the same company

All the employees I dealt with were very helpful in a time of mourning. They were particular in making sure we were happy with the product and the product was absolutely flawless! I received an email shortly after I ordered the monument, then emailed again to confirm everything was accurate, such as Name, Dates and design. After I confirmed, in about 3 days I was sent photo of finished headstone. I was very happy to confirm this order. It was then shipped.

Nationwide monument did a wonderful job for my father's tombstone. The design we originally picked out was not available so they went the extra mile to create a gorgeous custom design that was a fitting tribute to my father. In a time when we grieved I was at peace knowing nationwide monument was doing everything they could to create that masterpiece. I love the work they did and I am forever gratiful. They took care of my family during that tough time and I know they will do the same for anyone else. 5 stars!

My wife and I recently purchased a stone from here and the design and workmanship came out flawless. There communication and staff were good. We are very satisfied and would recommend it to everyone. There a fraction of local places here in Rhode Island.

I was looking for a monument to put on my brother grave. My Mother had recently passed away and wanted her ashes spread in the cemetery where her baby was buried back in 1960. It was a sad looking place. A small cement grave without any marker. Now at less people will know who is buried there.

They did an excellent job at an affordable price.

Very pleased with the dragonfly urn. It rests on my fireplace mantel and gives me comfort.

I had a good idea of what I wanted when I found national monument. They fleshed out my ideas and made them work.

I very much liked working with Jerry, for over a year to get my dad's headstone placed. I paid the city of Marysville $100 to be able to have this done. You also paid them $100, that I did not know you would do, so the City of Marysville got paid twice for my dad's headstone placement.

If you could get this resolved for me and reimburse me the $100 that I paid extra, I would greatly appreciate it.
