I have been using TAO for post run recovery and muscle soreness, and the results speak for themselves. TAO delivers a clean cooling effect that you feel within minutes. The perfect exercising companion!
I have been using the balm for my joints (relief) and my chest/nose for a much better and more free breathing experience during my runs and bikes! Such a nice product I didn’t know I needed until I tested it. Perfect format to bring along everywhere and not too pricey.
Would definitely recommend!

Their ICE by TAO reminds me of the Icy Hot balm that my team used in high school, but without any of the toxic chemicals.
Not only has it been helping a lot with my shoulder pain, but I also used when I had a sinus infection and it really helped relieve the facial pressure.
The brand is representative of young female entrepreneurs. & I love that it’s all about de-gate keeping TCM & supporting women in sports.
Just overall can’t say enough good things!!! 10000/10 reccomend!!

17/10 - THE BEST NATURAL REMEDY FOR ATHLETES.
As a runner I get some light niggles in my knee from time to time, and rubbing some Ice by TAO on it makes running feel niggle free again.
Additionally, the balm was a lifesaver for my stuffed nose during the flu! Better than vicks. period.
